The workers here are incompetent at best. We ordered 2 mcchickens, 1 BACON McDouble no pickles, a large Fanta, two cheese burger meal with a Dr Pepper, a 10 piece meal with a Dr pepper and a kids meal. They asked us to pull forward. When they came out they gave us one bacon McDouble with pickles, one mcchicken and two drinks with the meals instead of 3, my son’s apple juice was also missing. When we told the girl it was wrong she said “you only ordered one Dr Pepper”. When we definitely ordered two. The person ringing up the order put the Fanta on the combo instead. So we had to buy another drink. The bacon McDouble had pickles on it, she took it back to remake while I had to go in and order a second mcchicken because the woman didn’t listen at all. When she brought it out they forgot the bacon all together and just gave me a McDouble. I’d avoid these people like the plague. They obviously don’t listen and want to get paid more? No

It says drive thru 24 hours so how is it I’m in the drive thru calling for 5 mins for someone it’s slow and they not busy and nothing,nobody answered me ! I literally had to go all the way around and go inside and they still slow !

Walked in & asked if they were open because when I tried to order from the app, it said they were closed. The MGR told me to order at the kiosk. We had a whole conversation with her back to me, not once did she look at me. Some customer service. When my order was ready, the MGR brought it to the counter w the bag open & her and another customer conversed over my bag with my medium fry laid out inside catching whatever is being dished out over it. I did get a thank you as she handed me my bag, but no smile.

Look man, it's a McDonald's. You get what you get. I don't hold that against them, and it takes a pretty miserable experience to earn a 1 star review. I had the misfortune of having to attempt to get food from this McDonald's twice in the same day. Allegedly it's 24 hours, but when I came through at 2 am driving to the eclipse, the lights were on but nobody was there. No indication through signs or otherwise that they were closed. Ok. Fine. It's 2 am, I'll let it pass.The following afternoon heading home we just happened to need gas at the same place so we tried the drive thru. Someone answered at the kiosk! Excellent. Until they had me repeat my order four times before asking me to come to the window and repeat it again. Simple order. 2 #7's. I left with three cheeseburgers. Like.... How. The ticket even calls for a single cheeseburger meal and a two cheeseburger meal. That employee was either entirely untrained or self medicating her terrible workplace away. Given my experiences here I can't exactly blame her.
This place clearly doesnt care what customers think. Absolutely gross inside. Half the tables had trash and the walkway was gross with garbage. The lady taking orders was impolite and uniformed. The lady taking orders told me one thing and the lady bringing food said another and told me it's because the order taker is new. Is that really an excuse for a disgusting dining room and impolite service? I see why they have so many 1 star reviews.

All my food was cold and I had a double bacon cheeseburger and they somehow forgot the cheese, fries were cold,soggy and had no salt and wasn't filled up like a normal large.Dining room was disgusting with food all over the floor and the lady who wiped the tables used 1 rag for 20? Tables and that was it, had one lady at the front the entire time and no one was willing to help at the counter, besides the very high bacteria growth that's probably happening due to food not being served between hot/cold temps or the tables not have drool on them or stains, I wouldn't recommend coming here and go to pilot for food.Update, I think I got food poisoning from here cause after an hour my stomach said it's toilet time and I haven't been able to leave for more than 10 mins, I've asked a few other people if their having stomach problems after eating McDonald's and their all saying yes. This is no longer a bad review but a warning DO NOT EAT HERE

The Worst Fast Food Restaurant Ever, Costumer Service Was Really Bad, The Lady Charge Me $6.50 For A Frappuccino And Ended Giving Me A $2.00 Dollar Coffee On A Very Bad Mood When Was Been Nice To Them. And Then They Make Me Wait 40 Minutes. Don’t Waste Your Time And Money Here. I Either Show Them The Ticket And They Didn’t Even Care They Didn’t Fix The Mistake And I Ended Paying $70 For 3 Basic Meals
