It says drive thru 24 hours so how is it I’m in the drive thru calling for 5 mins for someone it’s slow and they not busy and nothing,nobody answered me ! I literally had to go all the way around and go inside and they still slow !
Walked in & asked if they were open because when I tried to order from the app, it said they were closed. The MGR told me to order at the kiosk. We had a whole conversation with her back to me, not once did she look at me. Some customer service. When my order was ready, the MGR brought it to the counter w the bag open & her and another customer conversed over my bag with my medium fry laid out inside catching whatever is being dished out over it. The workers here are incompetent at best. We ordered 2 mcchickens, 1 BACON McDouble no pickles, a large Fanta, two cheese burger meal with a Dr Pepper, a 10 piece meal with a Dr pepper and a kids meal. They asked us to pull forward. When they came out they gave us one bacon McDouble with pickles, one mcchicken and two drinks with the meals instead of 3, my son’s apple juice was also missing.
