Dropped in during the dinner rush (5:00pm - 5:45pm) to try out the Impossible Whopper which was alright. I couldn't help but notice the great communication between all the workers. It was a breath of fresh air seeing how cohesive the young men and women working together were. I also overheard the manager audibly checking on if everyone was doing ok, during the rush. She gave words of encouragement and reassurance at how hard everyone was working. Shotouts to this crew working...read full review
I love the morning staff, but the night shift not so much. Messed up my order and I didn't realize until I got home that half my order wasn't there.
I have been to the Oak Grove Kentucky location too many times to count. I'm writing this review to praise the customer service, that I always get when I arrive. Always greeted with genuine people that are always working hard. You never know how much a smile can brighten a customers day and you do that. I love stopping in here, any chance I get. I try my best to let them know that they are awesome. So, if no one has told you lately. You rock!!
