Ordered the Hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey meal, 2 RB sliders, mozz sticks, and a drink. The drink was the only decent thing about this meal. Sliders were cold. Fries were cold and disgusting. Even the cheese sauce was cold. The sandwich was SOGGY. So soggy that the box was falling apart. Didn’t get my Arby’s sauce. Did NOT receive my $7 order of mozzarella sticks. To say I’m disgusted and disappointed would be an understatement. I’m sure Ray would be super disappointed as well.

The front counter girl summer was so pleasant and made our little girl so happy. She let her pick the toy she wanted and was so patient while she ordered her food. Food service workers have it pretty rough and for her to be so cheery and sweet was so refreshing. She definitely deserves a raise!

When we got to the store there was not a single car in the parking lot or in drive-thru, the employee on the headset was very friendly and courteous as well. But the food we received was not at all worth the price. Sandwich was small and the meat was cold and the texture seemed off. The fry's had to be sitting for awhile judging off the temperature as well. Not the best experience

i doordashed from there, got a french dip & swiss, I never got the au jus w my meal. it always comes with it. im sure it wasn’t the dashers fault, do better arbys on fredrica st. the dip is my favorite part, how do u expect me to eat it now? i’m heavily disappointed.(one would think they’d run their restraint better after heading a lot of cons abt the whole franchise)
