“I ordered a M&M Spiderman Cookie Cake for my daughter's birthday and my husband forgot to pick it up. Our party was out of town the next morning and they didn't open until 11am. Through Facebook, I was told someone would be there at 9am to help us get our cake early. Amazing customer service and the cake was perfect! Highly Recommend!“

“I attended a wedding shower at the Parrish location and it was BEAUTIFUL! Plenty of parking, beautiful meeting area. They have somehow mastered well lit and cozy at the same time. I've also tried their sugar free vanilla latte, Nutella bubble waffle, and avocado toast with egg. SO GOOD!!!“

(usually cashier or self chk out assistant) This employee is extreamly polite, professional and is really kind. “We drove a couple hours to visit this Great Harvest specifically. There used to be one where we live but it’s been long closed. We were able to call ahead and request specific items to be held back for us which was SO appreciated! Stayed for sandwiches for lunch which were very tasty! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!“
