I rarely rate any business unless they are exceptionally well or exceptionally bad. This one was horrible!! The bar tender was amazing as she was doing everything she could to keep up. Running food, dealing well with customers, ect. However, their was a clear lack of support at the restaurant. The restaurant was dirty, bathrooms dirty, and seemed to have a complete lack of leadership. Tables and bar seats remained empty and not cleaned/cleared for a few hours. And yes, a few hours that I sat, half of that time waiting on food. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and I clearly remember why!! I don’t expect 5 star service by any means, but simple blocking and tackling would be nice. Some guy did start clearing tables at a pace of 1 every 10 minutes. Then he needed a break b/c it seemed to be a bit much for him. The sweet girl behind the bar was running circles around the staff trying her best but it was too much for any one person!! Not sure how this establishment can remain in business operating on that level. Just my observation!!

Waitress wanted to argue about what I ordered. Came back with a menu to prove her point saying the item was not served with an option. I pointed out the option listed beneath it. The waitress then lied saying she didn't hear me order the option. Don't lie. Don't argue. Don't insult my intelligence.

Wow wow wow what an experience. Our server Bradon from the beginning went above and beyond. They thanked us immediately for having an easy drink order which set a positive and grateful tone for the meal. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We got the sampler appetizer with boneless wings (desert heat), cauliflower wings (spicy garlic), cheese curds and fried pickles. Then we got the beer cheese Philly cheesesteak with tater tot’s. The service was flawless with drink refills arriving right when we needed them AND without us having to ask. Our server was prompt, attentive and genuinely thorough. They even remembered I had a Togo order to place and was ready when I was to place it on time so we would have it ready when we finished! This experience was so good I had to say something to the manager who was happy to hear the praises and offer me a survey card which I was going to ask for anyways! I am happily reporting that not only did we enjoy the food but the service was one to remember! Thank you Bradon!

We ordered boneless wings since we were taking them to a brunch and didn't want alot of trash (bones) for our hosts to deal with, but were disappointed to find these were nothing more than heavily breaded chicken tenders. Had I known this, I would've just ordered plain old wings and hoped there wouldn't be a ton of breading. Staff there were wonderful. Atmosphere was loud, but I don't want to criticize this since that is probably the vibe they were going for and I was only running in to pick up our order.
Went here to watch UFC. Honestly, service was great and our server was very attentive not sure what those reviews are about. It was super busy and she was always checking on us. Anyways, the lobby area reeked of urine… there’s no getting around it. It was horrendous and cannot be sanitary or safe. The women’s restroom was fine which leads me to believe it’s the men’s…. What are y’all doing? But seriously we walked out with everyone else and I counted 8 people all that said it smelt like urine….

Ok so i love buffalo wild wings for their food . But we went out to eat at this location and the food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. The waitress was so rude and she was even walking away from other tables rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up . Every time my glass was empty she never noticed and she kept disappearing and not to deal with customers she would just walk out . I get it some people have bad days but don't be rude . We will go to another location and if you want good service you might want to also .
