I love everything I have ever eaten here! My husband loves the wings and I love the quesadillas. The burgers are great, too. Love the onion rings, too! Mondays are BOGO on burgers, Tuesdays are BOGO on wings! Love the food! It's a little loud there, though.

Don't bother ordering an appetizer, you won't get it before your food...and be careful how fast you drink your beverage because you won't get refills. .you may not even see your waitress again after the first 5 minutes. Food was fresh but the burger was a little salty (thus the drink issue). We were looking forward to this as a family but it was a severe letdown. We did have fun playing trivia though.

On 12/30/2024 my spouse placed a carry out order. My mother in law picked our order up and literally half of the order was wrong, no big deal…. B-dubs usually get our order right so oh well right… I call them that night and speak with the manager and they agreed to refund the part that was wrong, sounds fair to me so instead of refunding it on our card the manager stated that we would have a $15 credit waiting for us the next time we come in, sounds good to me. So fast forward to today 01/27/25 almost a month later, we order B-dubs to go again, we pay full price on the app because we had not yet had a chance to pick up our $15 credit. I send my drivers license with my mother in law tonight so she can go ahead and pick up this credit for us… the manager on duty states he cannot find anything for me, my mother in law gave him my spouses name and nothing under that name either. My mother in law expressed to the manager the exact date we ordered our food on 12/30/24 and what it was and what was wrong, the manager rudely tells her that since we couldn’t remember the manager we spoke to that there is nothing they can do about this… the manager tells my mother in law that people try to get free food all the time as if he didn’t believe her? She explains to him I understand that people probably would try to get free food this way but she assured him that this was not the case. The manager still doesn’t care and pretty much told her sorry about our luck. My issue here isn’t over $15 at this point, my issue is that the manager flat out disrespected my mother in law and pretty much called her/us a liar. Really we’re lying….? Yeah we’re lying because we just paid for all of our food on the app we simply wanted our $15 credit for the next time we decided to dine in. I don’t leave bad reviews often because I was always taught if you don’t have anything nice or good to say don’t say anything at all, so know that you really have to upset me to get a bad review. For me to take the time to write a bad review out in itself tells you that I am beyond disappointed in how we were treated as loyal customers. As much as we like the food this is it for us. From now on when we want B-dubs we will eat it out of town, as far as I’m concerned B-dubs of Owensboro is permanently closed! Shame on you B-dubs!

Pretty poor experience tonight. The restrooms became clogged up half-way through our visit requiring me to take three young kids three stores away to find a restroom to use. Simultaneously they informed us they were closing, and while they would finish our food, they would not serve us any more drinks, to include sodas or water with our dinner. I felt this was not quite the manager's fault but still completely unacceptable for a family dining experience. The manager knocked a whole twelve dollars off....... What a joke! HOWEVER, our server Olivia was absolutely AMAZING! She was focused, attentive, driven, and did her job to the fullest!

Always a good place for wings and sports. While our wings were delivered with barely any sauce, the waitress happily and quickly brought more sauce in small cups for us. Prices are higher than I remember but I think that's true everywhere. Love this place and will continue to come back.

My family and I went for lunch, the waiter showed us to the table but left us with the menus before we even got to the table, we then sat there for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our food or drinks order (even though I saw the waiter standing there chatting and they weren't busy) so we left, thinking we were not welcome and will never go back!

Seated within minutes. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food took a little bit to get, but they were pretty busy so I knew there’d be a wait which I was fine with. My daughter accidentally spilled her drink and our waitress was quick to help us get it cleaned up and was understanding that these things happen. My favorite appetizer is the Ultimate Nachos, I get them every time I go there. I also got the Cauliflower Wings, perfectly cooked, and coating had a nice crunch to it. Wonderful experience over all.
