In the past 6 months I have 2 experiences where my order was incorrect. Considering how often we eat there, this is not bad. However, each time that I have called the store to get the issue resolved or to ask for compensation, nobody answered, so I left a message. I have still never heard back on either of the two instances. It seems highly unlikely that these issues will be resolved, and I fear that future issues will end the same way.
Overall, I'd give them a 92%.“
