The service is friendly, as it is with most Chick-fil-A’s, and my food arrived quickly as it only took about two minutes. I usually get Chick-n-Minis, and they’re wonderful.
Chicken has tendions in it since they let antibiotics in, and Shilo, was making fun of making me wait for an order. Not sure why he is still employed if he is making fun of customers.

Food was good but an employee named Shilo made fun of us for ordering Dr. Pepper. I thought that was unprofessional behavior especially in front of customers. I am a waitress so I get that customers can be funny at times, but I would never openly laugh at customers. I know this complaint is a little petty, but this made us uncomfortable.

Fries undercooked. Chicken patty was only half a chicken patty, other half was nothing but breading, and it wasn't cooked in the middle, so I bit into a doughy mess.
This makes the second time I've been there, and both times the fries were undercooked and the sandwich was off.
Will never eat at another one.

So confusing getting in the correct lane only to be told your in mobile order lane and you'll need to circle around again is the technology not there for any order any lane

Asked for 4 chicfila sauces, rep told me there was a shortage and I told them I’d pay for it. Was told that was not an option but I could purchase a bottle. I said ok to get home and get the wrong bottle of sauce.
In my opinion, it doesn’t matter if you’re short on sauce…if a customer ask for it, it should be given of available. Imagine going to a car lot and asking for a Camry and being told sorry we only have a couple on lot so we can’t sell it to you. Or going to buy an iPhone and being told you couldn’t bc there’s only a couple left in store. This is a first come first serve situation.
And I was forced into paying for a bottle to only get home and not have what you forced me to buy.

Good food, great service Update: In the past 6 months I have 2 experiences where my order was incorrect. Considering how often we eat there, this is not bad. However, each time that I have called the store to get the issue resolved or to ask for compensation, nobody answered, so I left a message. I have still never heard back on either of the two instances. It seems highly unlikely that these issues will be resolved, and I fear that future issues will end the same way. Overall, I'd give them a 92%.
