We have been there twice since they opened. Both times we were told they had no Babyback ribs. The only reason we drove an hour to Owensboro was to go eats Chili's baby back ribs. Needless to say, we did not eat there. So, I guess we will be going to Evansville or Clarksville to eat at a good Chili's.

Its been a long time since ive been to a restaruant and had such a fun time, everbody really had a great attitude and genuinely seemed like a good work environment. I appreciate the staff and how they treated my daughter on her birthday really made her feel special, Thank you so much!

We had an issue occur while we were eating here, both the waiter and manager got it resolved for us very quickly and were very kind! That aside, the food was delicious (we got the triple dipper) & our server was a delight! I’d highly recommend!

Small space. We had a reservation.for 5 on Mother’s Day. Service was friendly but we were sat right between the kitchen and bathroom where the was constant high foot traffic. The tables were very small and barely had room for our drinks and food. The bathrooms were extremely small. The kitchen was dirty (see video).
My food was sent back because it had hair in it. The BBQ plates were good but we all had to use the bathroom when we were done.
I will say if I ever come back, it would be only for the southwest egg rolls. But that will be a to-go order.
Very disappointed in the location. THEY NEED HELP.

Always have a fantastic meal here even with dietary restrictions because of food allergies. Our waitress was fantastic and so friendly.

Came on a Thursday evening with a large group. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was edible, but not great.
The three previous times we ate at this Chili's the staff and food was great. Today we went for lunch, we waited behind a couple ahead of us to be seated. After several minutes of waiting the hostess showed up and seated them and disappeared. After waiting several more minutes, none of the staff told us anything, we decided to eat elsewhere.

There is way too much salt on fries. Perhaps, customer chooses the level of seasoning on their fries? I would like that.

It’s a Chili’s, you’re not really going for the food. The food is okay, but the pricing screams premium. It’s a good chill place to go and just have a casual drink and dinner. The service is solid and the atmosphere is cool. It’s not really ever my first choice, but I never say no if it’s recommended.
