The new menu is absolute trash! For 32 years Chilis has been my favorite restaurant. Now they don't have anything I would order. I always git the classic nachos. Gone. And the skillet queso. Gone. I live in Texas. I can get ribs anywhere. I think it's pretty safe to say that I have had my last Chilis meal.

9/6 @around 1:00 pm-Almost everytime we go something always goes wrong, it does get corrected, but either the wait for service is very long, a drink is forgotten, or the food is terrible. This time was the first time I went during the day and it was the best experience I’ve had. The server was amazing, manager was attentive, host was kind, and the food was amazing! 10/10 experience.

Ordered two meals for pick up. The online process was smooth, but Google maps had the incorrect location. Once my order was ready for pick up, I asked for ketchup and an extra dressing (I couldn't find how to ask for this online), but the kitchen staff seemed uninterested in helping me. I stood near the pick up register for a few minutes while staff walked all around me until I finally just reached out someon to help with what I had asked for. The gentleman seemed bothered, he reached around into the kitchen and handed me a container, but it ended up not being anything we asked for.

I got the Brisket BBQ Burger and she got Triple Dipper with fried Mozzarella, Big Bites and honey Chipotle Crispers. 🔥🔥🔥Both were excellent. Burger was cooked great, not dry. Brisket was juicy. Mozzarella was superb. The Honey Chipotle sauce is amazing. Our server was on point. Couldn't have asked for better service. Restaurant was very clean. Manager came and checked on us also, very friendly and you could tell he actually cared. There was a Chili's in my hometown and it was garbage, this one in Owensboro has been excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. Night and day difference from the one in my hometown.

We drove about an hour for chilis and it did NOT disappoint. We had luke as our server and he was so personable and helped us with our meal selection. Service went above and beyond. Thank you Luke!!
Got a order from here with the trio appetizer, burgers, pasta, and more. Everything tasted frozen and old. The cajun pasta tasted like the bottom of a dock. Burgers dry and crusty. Only thing that was worth eatting was the fried mozzarella. Definitely won't be back. If you want good food just go next door to Texas roadhouse.

Our service was excellent. Our drinks were brought out within minutes of our being seated and our meal order was taken and out in 10 minutes or less. The side ( macaroni and cheese, asparagus and smashed potatoes were delicious. We ordered our steaks medium rare. Even though they came out medium well, they were flavored wonderfully and were very good despite the fact they were a little too done. Our waitress checked on us frequently and kept our drinks filled.

He was super attentive. You paid attention Pacific details. Super friendly. I would definitely come back. I wouldn't recommend all Chili's but this one is specific the one in NOIDA DLF MALL is awesome. If you're around the area and want hot and yummy food and a fun environment come to the Chili's in SEC 18 NOIDA .😊
