We went to the Chili’s in Batavia. We go there quite often. The food is always very good. The price is just right and we had a server today Jan, who was amazing. She was so fast and so friendly and did such a great job taking care of us.!

food order was cold, the steak cooked wrong, the appetizer never came to the table. walked in on 3 white kids bullying and holding down an obviously smaller and younger black boy. all while they threw his shoes in the toilet.btjey 3 white kids ran out, when I seen what they were doi g to the little black boy. they little boy locked himself in the stall and was cryong.bi told the person at the door what had happened and desrc9bed the 3 white kids. this is not a safe environment and I will never go back. locstipn, hampton, va

I am so mad I didn’t get our waitress’ name. She was hands down the best waitress ever. We threw a party of 23 on her unexpectedly due to issues with our reservation at a different restaurant. She handled it with ease and a smile the entire time. She truly made the visit better than we could have ever imagined. She wore big glasses and was amazing. I cannot praise her enough!

I haven't been to Chili's in a long time and they surprised me and how good it was and how fast the service is.
Steak Fajitas were hamburger straps. Truly pathetic

Each time we’ve gone here it’s taken 10+ minutes to get drinks, then 40+ to get food (the food is understandable). Each time there was a large party of people (12+) seated behind us, which had the same waitress we did. We’d get ignored pretty much the whole time we were there cause the waitress would be more focused on the larger group. We didn’t get drink refills, had to ask a table buster to get to go containers, and ask a different waiter for our check. Our waitress only checked in on us once or twice in the hour+ we were there. The food was okay, not the best, not the worse. Since it’s happened the last 3 times now, we probably won’t come back again. It’s just not worth it.
