This Chili's location left a lot to be desired. To start, I feel like the table could have been cleaner. Ordered chips and salsa, was told they were out of chips. Food took quite a while to come out and was just okay. Server was friendly.

I waited at the bar for my to go order when I ordered. My food was cold when I received it. My order was wrong the ribs were just horrible the chicken tenders were the highlight of my meal and I ordered the smoke house platter with tenders, ribs and brisket. Everything was cold and the fries were limp cold and nasty. I won’t return. Chillis baby back ribs… lol they were gross and bony with no meat on the bone. 42$ later and I won’t go back. This location should close.

Family of four went to dinner on Saturday night about 730. Was seated right away and received our drinks from different person. Placed order for appetizer and about ten minutes we got it brought to our table. Waiter came back about ten minutes or a little more later and took orders. About 815 we received our food from different person minus fries for daughter and son. Realized we never received silverware as well as napkins. Sat there for about ten minutes, never saw our waiter. I did try to get another waitress attention but they were busy waiting on their tables. I felt like we weren't important enough to be checked on to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband gives a very generous tip for great service, and the food looked really good, so it was very disappointing to be treated that way. Eventually we just left with our food being untouched. Hopefully your service was better than our experience.

My wife and I had never eaten Chillis. We were in a hurry and the place didn't seem busy so we decided to give it a go. Between entry and being seated, my wife almost fell 3 times due to slick floors. We ordered ribeyes and we were told no broccoli available. My lemonade had several things floating in it but whatever, minor things. The meal comes out (before my wifes margarita) and I don't know what that meat was. It was Grey, like it was boiled, no sear. Then there wasn't even A1 (which I never use) to try and mask it. Our waitress came by one more time and said something along the lines of "are you going to need anything else because I have a group coming in" which I understand would keep a server busy but the way she said it came off as "im done with you, got bigger tips to get."
0 stars Horrible service A 26 minute wait just in the line An another 45 minute wait on someone to never take our order!!!!!! We just walked out, we understand the weekends get slammed in restaurants but to ignore and refrain of taking a family's order is complete nonsense! You 3 know who you are! The only service that was nice is the young lady who sat us down at our table! She needs to run the show! New management needs to be on the rise soon!

Dined in on a Sunday around 3pm. Two adults. Two kids. One with an egg allergy. Upon arrival we were told we used the wrong door to enter. They have a "to-go" door and a dine in. No big. We went around to the correct door and was third party in line. Was seated in 5 minutes or less. Hostess was nice, and cleaned us a seat to set. When informed we had an egg allergy she confidentially stated "we don't use eggs here. No eggs!" People often think an egg allergy only includes eating an actual egg and not the batter, shared fryers and so on. Our server was nice, but we sat with nothing for about 10 minutes. Took another 10 to get drinks and then finally order. Waiter seemed knowledgeable on foods containing egg and double checked items for us with chef. (pepperoni pizza, corn on the cob and mandarin oranges served our two littles, one of which has the allergy). So our allergy forbode the chips and salsa. Nachos, fries.. chicken tenders among other options like all desserts. Mostly because of shared fryers.We also ordered chicken fajita, and BBQ ribs. Both were decent. Nothing to write home about, but edible.Parking was ample and all on one level so wheelchairs would work here. Seating a little snug but saw a few options a wheel chair would fit.Atmosphere was as you'd expect for a place going for a sports bar.Bathrooms were clean and up to par.For our four visitors we paid a whipping $70 for our food. Yikes.Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with crayons offered.

The place was clean, decor was simple. we arrive around 6:15p on 2/10/24 with a party of 4, my wife, my 2 kids and myself. We were told around a 25 minute wait. Why? I counted at LEAST 9 clean tables/booths for us! Finally we're seated, drink orders taken. Drinks arrive and straws were not given. We had to ask for them. Once our food order was taken it took 51 minutes to get it! Food was decent, that's why I'm giving it 2 stars. The waitress however, was very over burdened. Very inattentive. My wife expressed that we wouldn't be returning. At least we tried it, right?
