Everytime ive been i have gotten the special, which is always different of course but has been fantastic everytime. The staff is also, very friendly. Free cookie for first timers!!
Today we made the short trek from Newburgh to Owensboro to hang out, shop, etc. We had lunch at Colby's Deli and Cafe. First thing to know (which we didn’t) is that there’s lots of parking in the back which makes it much easier to access the restaurant.

Colby’s Deli & Cafe is a hidden gem. Went there for the first time today & it will be a regular stop on my rotation. Delicious, fresh friendly & so helpful. There’s parking in the back so you don’t have to fight Frederica Street traffic. Thank you for being awesome.
