Enjoyed our early bird meals. The salmon and steamed broccoli were delicious. The salad was fresh, and the cheese toast was very good. My husband enjoyed his chicken strips and waffle fries. We opted to take our dessert to go, and instead ordered the bourbon pecan pie with chocolate sauce and ice cream was exceptional.

First time and not our last. We ate off the early evening menu. I had the Cajun shrimp and scallops with linguine Wife had lemon pepper salmon with steamed broccoli. We ordered a dessert off menu. Highly recommend the chocolate pecan bourbon pie with ice cream.

First time coming to Colby’s and it was exceptional! Form the food, price, service, atmosphere all amazing. I have managed high end steakhouses in Nashville Tennessee and eaten at nice places all over. This establishment does it right. Everyone Helps out each other and takes care of the restaurant not just “there tables”. I had the 12oz prime rib baked potato and salad. Cooked perfect well seasoned salad was crisp and cold. Can’t wait for next week since I woke here from out of town. Me and my buddy will be coming back every Thursday to try new menu items. Best $19.99 meal I’ve had in my life. I’ve paid over $100 for far worse. This is top notch and highly recommend.

A friend and I were headed to lunch and passed a cool vehicle with a "Colby's" license plate. I was immediately reminded of the simple, reliable satisfaction offered at Colby's. We reversed course and headed that direction.

First time I have been here and I absolutely loved it. I got the jumbo crab cakes. They were absolutely fantastic the crab was perfect and there was alot of it in those cakes. So much that lump crab claw meat was falling out. Absolutely delicious ?

Absolutely loved this place. The chicken was great. The service was awesome. Parking is weird. Don’t park in the German bank parking lot. They will tow or ticket your vehicle. You can scram across the street to the other lot. But it’s worth the hassle.
