I really enjoyed our dinner at Colby's. The staff was AMAZING! We had our toddler daughter with us and they were all so friendly and made us feel special. The environment is wonderful, feels like an old-school steakhouse and the food was great. We all enjoyed the prime rib. Don't sleep on this place.
Such a great spot! We had lunch here and it exceeded our expectations. Our server Katie was awesome and took good care of us. The interior was very nice. The restaurant was very clean and had great natural lighting. Our food was very good. I had the black bean burger and my boyfriend had the smash burgers. Prices were great and good portions also.
This is a great place! My husband and I are here for my daughter's band competition and decided to find a local place to kill some time between competition and awards. Colby's did not disappoint! We ordered the spinach and chicken flatbread. It was divine! Waited suggested getting a side of ranch to go with it. I was skeptical, but tried it and OH MY WORD!
