I ordered my sandwich via the app. I was driving home from Nashville. I ordered the sandwich when I was about 40 minutes out, and set the time for pickup. I could have waited till I was closer and ordered it as an ASAP pickup. But, I had stopped to get gas, and thought I would just put the order in while I was there.

Pickup went fine, but I noticed when I took the sandwich box out of the sack...it wasn't warm. Or anywhere close to warm. There was a tag attached to it. The tag indicated the order time, and not the pickup time. So, I am not sure what happened, whether it was a glitch with the app, or something on the restaurant's side. But...I am guessing it had been sitting there for a while.

It had been a drive, and I was tired and just wanted to get home, so I didn't bother with going back in to fuss.

All that said, even though the sandwich was room temperature. And, even though the lettuce was slightly wilted....the sandwich itself was very good. It was made exactly to my specifications, and it really hit the spot. Which is why I am giving it 4 stars, despite the other issue.

April was super helpful and most pleasant. This was my first time here. I got a medium Italian sub.

When you order a tuna without cheese that means don't put the damn cheese on it . Cheese on tuna is nasty... took cheese off and it still had a bad taste

Great sandwiches. We love it but lunch time right now is still a bit slow as they are growing. Took 30 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches if you’re on a tight schedule. Nice folks.

Very slow workers took 30 mins for 1 sub 1 salad place was empty but 4 customers when we walked in, the 3 women seems more interested in talking than working at any sort of a fast pace .will be going back to the other firehouse subs fast service and great workers
