One thing I love most about this KFC location is the friendliness of the service and the speed of giving me my order. I tend to order the 5 piece tender box and I must say that the chicken itself is always a treat to be had, with it's right amount of crunch and juicy tender chicken meat it always brings a smile to my face, the biscuit that comes with it is always perfect with its fluffy texture and it's never been dry unlike other places! When visiting KFC, customers may experience a wait due to the restaurant's popularity and potentially understaffed situations. The floor can be slippery from grease, so be careful. The food is typically hot, but the quality can vary. One instance involved a substitution of original recipe chicken with crispy, which was not well-received. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been reports of long wait times even for orders placed through the app. The chicken and mashed potatoes received positive feedback, while the corn, coleslaw, and mac and cheese were deemed average to not good. Despite these issues, the manager's involvement in resolving concerns is commendable.
