I ordered via mobile. When I got there I was given a sticker #30 placed on my side mirrors. Was asked to pull up front and they’d bring me my order. I waited over 20 minutes. I finally called and they said they’d be right out. I waited another 10 minutes. I finally decided to wait in line and go thru the drive thru again. I explained what happened and she told me to follow in line. Once to the second window I received my order. It took 40 minutes. Needless to say I will avoid this restaurant on Frederica street.

When we came to this restaurant, they had decorated for monopoly... Which was awesome. After our meal which was okay, we decided to order apple pies. Since we had a party of seven. We ordered two pies per person. We were told it would be fourteen minutes because they had to make some new ones which we were fine with. We went back to our table to begin the weight only to realize they had rung us off incorrectly and overcharged us by six dollars. We went back up and brought this to their attention.So they processed their refund and rerang the order. After another twelve minutes, we went up to find out the status, only to be told that they hadn't put any pies in for us the first time ee had ordered, and it would be another fourteen minute wait. As you can imagine, we were not happy with this information. When we spoke to a manager about this, we were told that because they already processed a refund for their first mistake, we would have to wait until the pies were done or we could leave without them, but they could not process another refund. After looking at some of the other reviews, this type of customer service seems to be fairly normal for this location, whiich is....sad. What is even more irritating is that we spent a lot of money on a family meal that was supposed to be a special occasion to have this type of service.

When we walked in the restaurant was nicely decorated for Monopoly. That was the best part of this visit. Service was slow, which I get happens sometimes, but the employees all seemed generally miserable. Got a sigh when I asked for ranch and later another sigh when I let them know the unsweetened tea dispenser had sweet tea in it. No conversation, just sighs. Felt like I was at the DMV. Never did get that unsweetened tea. Probably skip this one next time through town.

Absolutely horrible service. No sense of urgency or professionalism whatsoever anytime I am here I am made to wait usually 15 to 20 mins for food and literally every time I get my food it’s not what i ordered so then I have to go back in and wait longer just to get my actual order

You can sit in the curbside spots for 20+ minutes and watch the people in the drive thru come and go multiple times before you get your food. And the drive thru isn’t fast by any means! It’s ridiculous! Then when you get your food it’s slapped together with the meat off the bun and barely enough sauce to moisten your sandwich. I avoid this location if at all possible. I’ve been to McDonalds all over the country and never had one as slow or sloppy as this one.
