Managers stood at front desk talking while they had a customer and while I was waiting on food of my order that was ready to go for five minutes they couldn’t find because they had already gave out so many orders. I’m happy they got nice employees because I would’ve been waiting for 10 minutes.

This is a REALLY good Panera!! They NAILED my order, and it was perfectly cozy, hot, think, and delicious on a snowy day! The service was speedy and my order was ready right on time! They even had PERFRCT baguettes. Sometimes other Panera’s baguettes are a bit small or stale, but it was huge, fresh, soft, and perfect! I really appreciated this Panera!!

What's up with the bad lettuce you all made me pick off my sandwich that I ordered to have ready at 6:15pm on 10/4/25 @ the Frederica St Owensboro, KY location 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Because lettuce shouldn't be brown like that....
Also a black bean soup really ought to be thicc enough to make me choke and call it mistress.

We are from out of town and have stopped here 3 time in the last three months every time we have stopped they have not had coffee or bagels? Do they only serve coffee in the morning?

I went in and placed a to go order for an entire sandwhich, a bowl of soup, and a slice of cake. The guy behind the counter felt it was appropriate to comment on the amount of food I ordered. It was subtle but it was there. And, perhaps it was coincidence, but given the previous comment it feels pretty pointed that the slice of cake I ordered was not included in my to go bag. Because I didn't get it delivered I am expecting to go back in to get my refund and relive the humiliation. No thanks. Will think twice before going back.

The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars for the food is because they don’t have one of the only 2 items that I order on the menu currently. I hope it’s a seasonal change and they bring back my Asian Sesame Chicken salad soon. It’s hard to pick 2 if I don’t have one of the 2 items on the menu.

I will never go to Panera again since their owner supports CA Gov Newsome. They even got an exemption from CA lawI don’t care how good the food is. Some things are more important than going to a restaurant.
