we came to the Panera bread in Owensboro to order. My daughter wanted a green goddess sandwich which is on a baguette. As so was my husband, we went to the counter to order they were out of baguettes. Imagine a bread company being out of baguettes so they couldn’t make the sandwich. We saw ciabatta bread in the rack that was not sold and we ask if that could be made into a green goddess sandwich and the girl at the counter said we do not substitute breads. So we walked out. This has been a very disturbing and disappointing experience.

Our daughter is in from another state. before she left town she wanted to go to some of her favorite restaurants, Panera being one of them. Upon ordering a green Goddess sandwich, she was told by cashier that they were out of baguettes… she asked if they could make it on another bread that they did have. “No, they don’t make any substitutions.” We spied 2 full loaves of unsold ciabatta bread. We asked if her sandwich could be made on that. another “No, we cannot do that.” My husband had wanted the same sandwich. We are sorely disappointed with this inflexible policy. We left hungry and went to a locally owned restaurant.

Good generally good. Service depends on the mood of the cashier taking your order... sometimes ok, other times the pits. The place is not what I'd call comfy...and sometimes the tables need to be washed off...it could be cleaner.

I don't go here often. It looks like they want you to order from one of the kiosks that are near the counter. If you wait long enough, someone will help you.Either way, the food selection is great! I'll have to try again to see what else they have.
We purchased Madagascar Vanilla bean latte (had a chemical after taste), Mac n cheese (good), green goddess Cobb salad with chicken (OK-they forgot to put the dressing in the togo bag), bread with our meal (ok), six bagels (good)

Overpriced and not a fan of most of their food. Mac and cheese and french onion soup are the best thing here.
Came in and ordered a pizza and wanted mainly chicken noodle soup for my sick girlfriend! Got home and no chicken noodle soup! And had to heat up the pizza! Makes me so mad! How hard is it? I even tipped well! Won’t waste my time going back! So frustrated at the service these days!

Love it! Good food, good service. Pic is of Orange scones. I go almost each day for coffee, being part of the “sip club,” I get a free beverage each day.Vegetarian options: Haven’t tried them but my favorite dishes like the Mediterranean and Baja bowl both can have chicken or not, along with other selections these are what I’m familiar with.Kid-friendliness: Seems like mature people in there minding their business each time I’ve been, which is 100+.

Staff will blatantly lie about making their drinks incorrectly. Employees and then also the supervisor working at the time then gaslight customers when they make their drinks incorrectly. We have been regulars that pulled through the drive thru as sips club customers paying for the subscription. Staff has gotten tired that we pull up daily to grab our coffee and has purposely started making our coffee incorrectly or they just don't care. Staff became rude and confrontational after being confronted on coffee being made incorrectly as well. Spoke to Ryan in the past about this issue, service and quality improved for a very short time and then went back to being bad service and inconsistent. With how many places there are in town to get coffee i'd recommend going somewhere else. It's not worth it not even as a subscription.
