We had a large take out order on 6-28-25 when we got home with the order the only item fit to eat was a single order of cheesy rice although it was still pretty dried out.. we had 3 orders for Street tacos what we got were 3 thrower together regular tacos with only ground beef and small amount of lettuce that was it, my granddaughter didn’t get her order and my daughter just said hers was disgusting after the first bite and threw it away. This and el toribio are by far the two worst Mexican restaurants in Owensboro. Papa grande is just horrible and may in fact be a step down from el toribio. The staff is rude and the food is horrible!
Anytime that you go to a restaurant and wait for over an hour for a single menu icomma whatever that place is, you do not need to eat there. In addition I do believe that the staffing of the facility is in violation of several child labor laws.
