7-19-2023. Place a mobile order. Two items were cheese quesadillas. I meant to make them without sauce (child is a picky eater). I told them at the window that I needed those without sauce. The guy at the window hollered it back to the preparers. I couldn't make out what they were saying but he said "I can't do that" and then I watched them put the quesadillas in the warmer.
