Let start with hair nets not being used while making my food nor where they wearing hats and them refusing to give me a large drink even though it was on my receipt and the employees being rude because I told them about the hair net and my drink so I just ended up getting a refund won't eat here

January 20th 7:07pm at Villa Point location the employees here tonight are not doing thier job hardly at all. I was looked through when one guy walked right past me at least 2 times. Other than those below listed everyone was below standard work. Sitting in the lobby for 45 mins is ridiculous. As I sit here now there is a couple still waiting on their cups. And two families who have been waiting for food for a good while. I get it sometimes it's stressful-however it is not that busy. Counter manners need to be taught ASAP.The drive thru guy in a black puffy coat keep going buddy you're doing great!!The girl in a green hoodie who wasn't on the schedule needs a raise!!!
