This is the third time they have double dipped tips on my debit card. I'll never eat here again.

Got just a burger patty for our niece and it was like leather just pitch it in the garbage. Other food in the group was ok.

I called in a pick up order for 2 chicken quesadillas with rice and beans. I received two chicken quesadillas in one pan and one in the order with one order of rice and beans. I opened the quesadilla up and it's literally a wadded up piece of chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Not even broken up and spread across the tortilla. I didn't receive my entire order and what I did get of it was very poorly made.

Got food for my family at the location near Walmart and the food was bland. No seasoning or spices. We all got chicken and the chicken wasnt seasoned or anything. We eat a lot Mexican at several locations around Owensboro. This is the first time I have encountered this. Could be a fluke. Gonna give it another go

Food been amazing been here twice. Took our wedding party there in January 2024. Service was not 100% got all our foods separate served. So some of us ate while others didn’t. Than refilled only after asking three plus times. Need up grade some there help and it be a five star.

Papa Grande’s welcomed our softball team and families into their restaurant. This was a group of over 50 people, on multiple tickets. What started off a little shaky ended on a positive note and everyone enjoyed their meals. The building was warm but it was a 90 degree day.

Usually good, this time table was dirty and food was bland.

I came to update my review and see I wasn't happy last time, either. Hmm. This time the queso was super watery and bland, definitely seemed to be watered down to stretch further. Salsa wasn't as chunky this time, either.

My husband and I just had a chicken fajita there. The meat was very small scrappy pieces. Very few onions and peppers and poorly seasoned. This was a full dinner portion and served with only 2 tortilla shells. Skimpy for what we paid. We were never given any more salsa after the bowl was finished or checked on as to how we were doing or if our meal was satisfactory. We have marked the Southtown Papa Grande off our list as a restaurant that we will patronize again. Price high for Skimpy portions and substandard service.
