Dog Friendly Restaurants Owensboro

“We went to the Airshow in Owensboro this past weekend. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Riverfront Hotel. We wanted to eat somewhere close ( hotel restaurant, Burger Theory ; closed at 2pm when whey were supposed to be open until 6pm). Not from Owensboro , I googled restaurants “Near me”. Brew Bridge was 2 blocks up & across the street. Wow!! So happy we went there! Nick was our server & he stated that he’s only been doing this for 5 months as this is his second job. Man oh man!! This kid has all the skills needed to serve folks recommendations as well as a conversation! He visited the table several times without stepping on our toes & took excellent care of us. The food was great! The turkey melt & Mac & cheese were perfect for us to share. The bartender made me a delicious Bloody Mary. If you’re in Owensboro and looking for a low-key, live music, good food and conversation , bar/restaurant visit BREW BRIDGE! When we checked out of our hotel the next morning, the lady at the desk, Barbara asked where we went to eat the night before. I told her & she said “excellent choice”. It sure was😊. “What a lovely spot for some Sunday afternoon football and very good food! Everything I had was delicious and I loved the option of outdoor seating on a fall afternoon. I would love to see outdoor tv options, but other than that, it’s a great spot. I’m looking forward to the opening of their new location in Bowling Green.“
