Terrible customer service - does not accept local discount card. Came in to get a burger and fries and was told that they have no way of putting in the discount. They are even listed on the new card that is currently being sold to help schools. I was told they could do absolutely nothing for customer satisfaction. I was only given the name of their GM - Jimmy and told not to even try to call - just to come in to complain. I know fast food services are questionable currently...read full review
