First time ordering on the Subway app. I requested More Mayo and More Mustard on both footlongs. Neither had extra and both had next to neither condiment on the subs. Upon pickup the two employees working seemed very unhappy. Which is why I tried another location the 2nd time I ordered. Same results food wise.

Great experience! We went here because we were on this side of town for an event. Team was friendly, store was very clean, and the food was fantastic. The store did not take coupons but after they explained why (and seeing the huge discount on the coupon, which backed up the explanation) it was very understandable. We would hate to see a good store like this close over some coupons. We all know the cost of food etc has gone up for all of us…including restaurants. But when you get good service and great food it is worth it!!!

I can't walk very well,I went over to Parrish ave. They wouldn't take my Sub coupons, There were not anyone in store but me and workers ,I see why ,Never Go BACK!!!!!!!!

Horrible horrible service ! They have zero knowledge of what they are serving. And did I me Mention “ out of their mind “ high. We ordered (2) 6 inch Sandwiches and 2 bowls, it was $45. We could’ve hit up the Olive Garden for that much. I will NEVER return and I strongly recommend you don’t go either. Down hill joke is what they are, not to mention RUDE.

had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at the subway on Parrish... ordered online thinking I'd save time ... was called by an employee to let me know item wasn't available - did I want substitute? no .. I want what I ordered .. I'm gonna need a refund for the sandwich ..was told I don't know if we do that ...so I said just refund the entire order ..was then told she'd have to call and check with manager and would call me back ...when I never heard back I called - a young man answered the phone ..I asked for a manager - said manager was not available ..I asked to speak to who was in charge ..was told we have customers and hung up ... needless to say I WENT TO STORE and spoke with the rudest person to EVER stand behind a counter...no customer service skills whatsoever and just plain RUDE!! Needless to say an reporting ENTIRE INCIDENT!!

I absolutely love this subway location. The people took their time to explain what was what to my kids and it Absolutely made my kids feel like they was valued and cared about as a customer. Highly recommend this location. Costumer service is on point and amazing ?.Kid-friendliness: They absolutely take their time explaining things so children feel like they have a say on what they want on their subs.Parking: Parking all the way around 3 sides of the building

Lastnight my husband went to get me and my family food for us and it cost almost $40. Apparently now I called different Subways they quite taking the coupons. That is very crazy because there prices are to pricey and high as it is. Subway definitely lost there business from me and my family from now on.

Burnt Bread. Also sandwich wasn’t made how I asked! Plus they tipped themselves. So definitely make sure to pay attention to the total on the reader before swiping your card. I was told one total even though it was another. Not happy I waisted $15 on food that wasn’t even edible for me to eat. Do not recommend

it was bad.i waited for about 5 mins before the girl even talked to me in the window and they didn’t listen to anything i said, the girl there had a attitude the whole time and was getting mad that i was correcting her because she wouldn’t listen. it took her 15 minutes to get my food done and they messed up the whole order after i told them more then 3 times not to put anything on it, and after they messed it up i then spent 10 mins trying to call them and they wont pick up. wasted my lunch time for this. will not go there again.

March 6 2023 ,don't bother they messed up every order I got foot long one end is empty. No joking.. rude and pay for ft long get 6in and not even all the meat or lettuce.. rations on their sandwiches. Got it to go I'm riding in ride share I won't go back that's just ridiculous.

Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum were working with the Mad Hatter the day I went in. They were friendly, but appeared dirty and put too much sauces on all the sandwiches.
