3/2 9:08pm. Girl seemed extremely distracted taking our order and said what and made us repeat ourselfs multiple times to the point we just came inside. With as much as she’s talking to coworkers I see why she was distracted but I would maybe put someone else on the window!

Only thing is that the drink fountain was sticky and wet. Also I couldn't get the napkins out of the container. The lids for the cups were not convenient

You have to place your own order on their computer. Employees do not take customer orders. You have to still pay full price and you have to pick up your own order. Where's my "employee discount"?
Not me, for the price, service and quality of food I'll go to a full-service Mexican restaurant which has all the amenities. Needless to say I walked out and went to the full service establishment.

This location needs an awning at the drive through, customers get rained on trying to order their food...also they do not clean their parking lot of snow and ice for their employees and customers.
Bruh. What even is this. Supposed to be a 5 layer burrito with beef replaced with black beans. It’s like they gave me the charred bits off the grill. Absolutely disgusting.

Cantina chicken bowl.Chicken seemed to have set under a warmer for a few days (hard and dry).The rice will break your teeth. The beans looked as if they were scraped off the side of the warmer. The chicken chalupa was so old and hard it could not be eaten. I have never been so disappointed in a Taco Bell.
