We drove up from Nashville for our anniversary expecting a meal in a gracious old home to be sat in a drab noisy basement by the bar. We had reservations and this was the best that they could? Food was just okay...very disappointed...never again...go to Moonlight BBQ...

We were sat in the basement bar area which was extremely loud, and dark. There was a large group of intoxicated people who were yelling for the entire 2 hours it took us to get our meal. We could not even have a conversation over the yelling. Once the food arrived it was good, we had the meatloaf and chicken cordon Bleu. Definitely request not to sit in the basement bar area when making reservations

Love this spot! My mom and I stopped by around 8pm to split a perfectly cooked steak and we had incredible service from Aisha! We had stopped by for Easter Sunday and Gianna and Madison took great care of our party of 15. This is thee spot to visit if you want a scrumptious meal in a nice pair of blue jeans. Beat the crap out of Ruth Chris and many many other super high end super expensive places and they charged as much as Outback. Absolutely insane deal and their bread biscuit things were heavenly.
This is such a great hidden gem. The food was great and the drinks were great. I would recommend to anyone visiting Owensboro and try to get a table downstairs.

We used to love this place. However, the food was very disappointing. I got the fried catfish. It was soggy and tasted freezer burned. Must have been frozen. My husband got the ribeye. Super thin and very fatty. Wine selection is poor. Since covid, its nit the same.
