I ordered 2 steak and chicken dinners steak was suppose to be well done but it wasn’t so I called and was told to bring the food back then when I reached the restaurant the manager said since one was open they would only replace one so because of your restaurant mistake you refuse to make it right do better people work hard for their money I do want to add I got in touch with region manager will and he was very helpful he’s a example of how a manager should treat people kudos to you will

Found hair in my food. Can assure that the cook does not wear a hairnet and does not care to drop hair in your food. I found 3-4 strands of white hair in my food.

Ordered TOGO combo scallops & chicken teriyaki, chicken was really dry, asked waiter does it come with veggies such as onions carrots broccoli etc, she said it does and then it was all onions and nothing els 👎🏻

There was only one waiter that seemed like he actually wanted to be there but no one else. They always made it seem like they had better things to do.
We’ve waited 30 mins and still no one came up to us to ask for our drinks or our order. People that came after us were seated, served and left before us. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I even went up and asked who was our server and she had no clue. Finally, the only server that seemed like he loved his job (ANTHONY) served us and he was AMAZING. That’s the only reason there’s a star for service.
UPDATE: The manager and I spoke and she was very professional. She apologized for the lack of service and assured me it would never happen again and would address the team. I moved my rating for that and I thought Anthony deserved another shout out for his incredible service but still can’t believe it happened. Thank you though for being willing to reach out.

Ordered chicken fried rice and a super Mario roll as my usual order. I took it home and ate it noticed the super Mario roll was a little off within a few hours I got sick with food poisoning. Noticed the chicken wasn’t done in the fried rice and something in the sushi wasn’t cooked all the way and properly. This is the 3rd time I have gotten food poisoning from this place. I didn’t know you could notify the health department until I was told so from now on I will be doing that. I won’t be going back for a very long time if not ever again.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki and the chicken was old and the vegetables were slimy,The chicken had sauce on it but it was still old and dry tasting. The whole experience was disappointing. Never second guess yourself on any experience.

We ordered a 120.00 order to be picked up at 615 pm. We arrived at 615 to find the line for the pick up wrapped all the way around the building. It took 30 minutes to get to the window for them not to have our food ready and tell us that we needed to go to the back of the line and wait again. Exactly one hour later we received out food. Very dissatisfied with this experience.
