Over half our order was wrong or missing on DoorDash. What food we did get was good but it’s unfortunate that we weren’t able to try everything we wanted.
Found this gem on doordash! Best melt in your mouth biscuits i’ve ever had and the sausage gravy is amazing!!! Will definitely be ordering again and visiting the diner in person here soon!
There's always more fresh food coming out of the kitchen, the staff is consistently friendly and personable. There is cool history to look at everywhere, and the in-store shop has super neat items for gifts and novelties. And no other restaurants in town do what these folks do for Thanksgiving
We went for the Wednesday buffet. It was terrible. What little there was on the buffet looked like it had been there for hours. The service was slow. None of the employees acted like they were interested in the customers. Will not be back.
Maybe it was an off day but breakfast and coffee both cold and flys were everywhere and not a lot of taste to the food. Disappointed. Very expensive too.

We were in the area visiting Holiday World, but stayed at a hotel nearby. Found it on google and wanted to try something new, and WOW was it a treat! There’s a cute little shop, a museum, and the most interesting and delicious breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. Other diners, take notes! There was pancakes, French toast, biscuits, gravy, homemade donuts, grits, cheese grits, potatoes, fried chicken, sausage, bacon, fruit, bread pudding, banana pudding, and so much more! Not to mention, the menu itself was so intricate, too many good options to decide from! Pictured, I got a latte with oat milk. I can’t remember the flavors, but my mother got another flavor and both of ours were fantastic! I’m really glad there were dairy free alternatives not only for the coffee, but options (on the menu) for dairy free or flour free gravy! This place is such a delight and I wish I could pack it up and take it home with me! Can’t wait to come back!

We went on a Sunday morning. It didn't take too long to get in, but...we sat at our table for about 15 min waiting for the waitress to take our drink order. There was a couple seated next to us and as soon as that sat down the server rushed to them to take full care of them, then served the table behind us that had come in after us. We finally got to order drinks, my girls ordered the fancy lemonade, but they were out of lemonade...? I ordered a mimosa and idk what i was brought, but it wasn't a mimosa. 2 of us had the buffet and one got the deconstructed biscuit, and said it was ok but the gravy was super bland and tasted like flour, and i agree. One got the bacon ranch burger that didn't have ranch, which is part of the name of the thing. The buffet was ok, the chicken was unseasoned and dry, gravy is sad, but the sausage is really nice. The atmosphere is cute and the majority of staff (except for our server that we could never get her attention or catch) was friendly. Maybe try it on a different day, but i won't.

We had the breakfast buffet our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there, not friendly at all. Wasn't much on the buffet and it was 3 hours till close. The food was ok but nothing you couldn't get at Denny's or any other place cheaper. Not a fan!!!

Great coffee, food, and service! Come here almost every week!
A cute, locally owned shop and dine experience. Many interesting military items and owner's lessons memorabilia in the resturants museum. Antiques and local historical items. Very neat place with cracker barrel style vibes. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious!
