Service is terrible. It's as if waiting on customers is an afterthought. 20-30 minutes is way too long. Drive through - take an order and wait till it's filled before taking the next one. You never provide straws with the drinks. Have to remove the lid to enjoy the drink while waiting for the rest of the order. Love your food, but you're making it difficult for me to be a customer.

Might as well call it sticky floors when you walk inside, self serve drink machine died like a dead joke. Don’t believe it has been properly cleaned inside since the beginning of the year.

We dined in and was completely disgusted. The floors were sticky and trash on tables and food all over the floor. We waited 10 minutes before we even got the chance to order. Customer service was horrible and staff were rude. Not to mention the management was nowhere to be seen. Fries were cold and tasted like old oil. To top it all off sandwich wrappers were covered in grease. The worst part of it all though was the foul language used by the staff with customers in the dining area!

Y'all need to train or hire people who can multitask. It is NOT that hard to hand out orders and make drinks or make drinks while taking orders. I shouldn't have to sit at the speaker for 10 minutes until the car in front of me is completely through the line. Do better. Also, the food is becoming mid. My fries are cold half the time, and they ignore my requests on burgers a lot.
