For being right on the main road on that side of owensboro they sure act like they don't have a clue what they're doing. First left out something we ordered, then tried to double charge us for ice cream. I really expected more being where they're located. 😕

WORST WENDYS EVER!! Sat in the drive through line for 30 min. I was told that just sold the last baked potato and that I could come back in 40 minutes to get my food. I said no please cancel my order. I asked for a refund. They told me they could NOT refund if physical card is not present I ordered on the app. Now I am hungry and out $10 (on my lunch break) Terrible customer service!!!!!

I felt so bad for staff they had a few people call in and lot of orders for the $1 promo. I waited 40 min the drive thru. The guy apologized for my wait and told me what happened. The down side the tea wasn't that great it made me sick.
This Wendy's location has the fastest and most accurate drive thru service I have been through in a long time. Usually when they are super fast then they miss some of your order and I give this Wendy's a double kudos for such great service and good food.

The Carbino
This place has collapsed. A few years ago, they had the award for the fast drive thru. Now, I’m the only one here, and they park me for 20 minutes everytime for 4 breakfast sandwich…. Those breakfast sandwiches usually have no honey butter on them used to love this place but you can’t have breakfast here unless you expect to wait a half hour. I’m still waiting by the way

Just got food from here, got a junior bacon cheese burger. This is what I got. It was so cold I didn’t feel safe even eating it (I’m 9 months pregnant not chancing food poisoning). This is actually really gross. You can get someone sick. It was so cold the cheese just came off when I picked up the slice.

They were short staffed during our visit, but everyone was working diligently to ensure everyone was taken care of in an orderly manner. The woman at the counter taking our order was very kind, and the manager came around to ask how our visit was once they slowed down. It was very pleasant and the food came out super fast. We had barely sat down before the food was ready.
