Still get served due to covid. Being served is nice too. Very clean. Wish sushi was open.

Went to dine tonight for a loved ones birthday, food was not bad, waitress was decently accommodating but the manager that was up front, was extremely rude and even hostile, when one of our party asked if we needed a receipt to sign to put the tip on a card, she said “You sign nothing! You go.” As we were leaving she says something we couldn’t understand, so we asked what she said and she says “You not welcome again!” And well that was uncalled for because we didn’t do anything but ask a question. Recommending more customer service training for the managers, because we weren’t rude to her before that uncalled for encounter.

No food out in the Buffet, Hibachi grill was horrible that’s usually my favorite part! so my family of four didn’t eat anything an went to the front to ask for a refund the woman went on to say that it’s because they had a bunch of drama an hired new people an she had even walked past a table an thought the food smelled burned herself an said well sorry and thanks for telling us! have a good day! so needless to say we’ll never come back an we came pretty regularly

We went there Friday night. There was only 1 guy at the grill. The line was so long. It took more than 30 minutes to get the food cooked.Sushi was out and no one was there to make the sushi.don't waste your time and money.Nasty staff, No one was even wearing mask or gloves.But to be honest the waitress was working very hard. I felt sad for her because she was the only one working there.

This place is absolutely terrible. It’s not clean. They make your plate for you, which is not that big of a deal IF the food was good or there were enough people serving it. The food was cold and not great as far as taste goes. They are short staffed so you have quite a wait to get food. The hibachi grill is swamped, so you have to wait behind 15 people in line to get served. I feel terrible for the employees, because they’re throwing them to the wolves. Absolutely would not eat here again, I had one plate and my husband said it would have been more satisfying to set the money on fire. It was that bad.

Good was great as always but they make the plate for you. Asked for items for habachi grill and they overloaded my plate. When I asked for a box to take it home they wanted to charge me an extra $10 per container for food I already purchased.

Great grill cook. Grill area and probably the other food areas are dirty underneath the counter top. I was resting my hands underneath and got sticky and greasy stuff on my hands. They need to clean more throughout. Sign above grill area had streaks of grease drip marks. Great service as usual.

Its easy to see how the comic 19 has increased the profits at all buffets. But as usual it was great. Its just no longer a buffet in its name.

Food was very good. Especially the made to order food on the hibachi grill with teriyaki sauce. Then topped with yum yum sauce.
Service was ok, food was cold and very salty and dry, look likes it's been on the buffet for awhile. Wasnt fresh looking. Wont be going back, I thought it was pricey too. Wouldn't recommend.

Floor was extremely slippery by the sushi. Some of the food did not seem as hot temperature wise as it should be. The sushi seemed a little too warm also. Maybe they need to do more frequent temp checks on their displays.

The food was amazing as usual. Our waitress was just as amazing. The one thing I didn't like was the ability to get my own food. I understand its because of covid-19 but Im grown and want to get the portions I want without having to feel like a helpless child. (That's why its a 3 star rating)
