We placed a simple order for a hamburger with ketchup only and a 2 piece fish meal at 2:10 in the drive thru. We were asked to pull to the other side of the building because they were waiting on fresh fish. At 2:20 I went inside to inquire about the delay. The gentleman inside was pleasant and helpful but the lady at the drive thru wasn’t. The front of her tshirt was extremely dirty and she wasn’t very polite. After finally receiving the order after 25 minutes I left without checking the order (rookie move on my part). I was given a bacon cheeseburger that I was unable to eat because I’m allergic to dairy. The fish dinner was plentiful but underwhelming. We will not return.

We ordered from here and the food was terrible the burger meat tasted weird and too much onions hot dogs gross too many onions pickles tasted like cucumbers not pickles they for our fries and when we went back to get them the worker was standing there eating fries out of the bin terrible experience

Out of just about everything / no co2 for beverages, no hot dogs, really no service. Only thing not missing was the roof over their head. Pretty bad when you’re told to pull up, get forgotten about then have to pull back through the drive thru 15 min later.

The food was bad in every way and very disappointing. Stale rock hard breading, the fish was like jerky. Shrimp tasted off like they were spoiled and also were dried out. The fries were dark brown and stale, cheese curds were almost black as well as the hush puppies. The oil in the breading tastes rancid like they need to change it asap. The chicken was the only thing that wasn’t burnt/overcooked but sadly it was pale and undercooked to the point the breading was just smearing off. Had to throw over $30 of food away for fear of getting food poisoning. The restaurant was basically empty yet we waited over 20 mins for “Fresh protein” to be made although we were served old food that clearly sat for a while. They should also stop talking trash about customers within earshot, so unprofessional and sad because the customers weren’t rude and just asked for fresh food. Honestly shocked someone would even serve a family this stuff, just not cool.

This place has gone way downhill, out of everything, no ice cream. The tap root beer is gone. Definitely not stopping here again.
