Long John silver's in Lonoke area has got the worst service that I have Seen in a fast food restaurant in years. I've waited over six minutes at the drive through to place. Several cars have backed up by me.

We dined in on 1/4/24 around 4pm. The food was perfectly fine. No issues there. They did have a B rating from the health dept on the door. The dining room however looked like it was covered in grease. The windows, the tables, the bottles of condiments all covered in greasy finger prints. We were greeted by an older lady that took our order. She was very friendly. However there were two younger girls that were bagging orders that were so rude. We ordered our food for dine in and got it no problem. At least 20 customer’s came in while we were eating, and the African American girl behind the counter gave them dirty looks and yelled at the customers telling them carry out only. The customers as well as us, were all confused because they allowed us to eat in the dining room but no one else. And don’t ask for condiments. You will be met with an aggravated expression, and while a girl was getting honey mustard she took it upon herself to wipe her nose with the top of her hand. Meanwhile, he face and arms were covered in open sores. Like I said the food was as expected, but the service and cleanliness of the dining room and behind the front counter will turn you off from the place. I did do a survey off the receipt as well. I would suggest drive thru in the future.

Food was ok, but I only had the Long John Silver menu, service could use improvement, Atmosphere was the worst thing about my visit. I dined in. The dinning area was pretty dirty, had to look around for a clean table, the booth seats were ripped and worn out, the whole dinning area is past due for a remodeling. Zero condiments accessible other than the hot sauce and malt vinegar on the tables and they could use a good cleaning, I am assuming the health inspector passed this location so it must be good enough. But other than that its ok, I recommend using the drive through. I'll add photos to this review on my next visit.

This was a Long John Silvers/A&W combo, nothing wrong with that. They were out of burgers for aw, chichen and greenbeans for ljs. The staff seems bored and unenthusiastic.

Floor was dirty I was there for 10 min never ordered while being told one second by 5 works standing around talking by cash register people playing on their phones and a worker had a toddler being the counter I was about to spend $50 on food and glass mugs I am highly disappointed in this

A&W doesn't have/out of root beer. Seriously?

This is a Long John Silver's and A&W. I only ever eat the Long John Silver's. Last time I went they were out of several menu items, including root beer. I recommend getting the clams extra well done, I don't think they cook them long enough. I have never seen someone get a burger there and like it but I've personally never tried one.

Honestly liked this place. I only ate in the A & W part of it and I thought their root beer float was pretty good. Even considering I don't like root beer. The chicken was okay, wasn't too special but was better than I expected.
We ordered a Polar Swirl from this location and it was a horrible experience. The Polar Swirl we received was an icy canyon, and the majority of the contents seemed to have been hollowed out and spread along the sides of the cup. We shockingly asked the staff person who handed it to us if this was normal, and she said there was nothing she could do about it. We contacted A&W on Facebook, and through email and we were told to contact the local manager but after 2 months we still have not been responded to. We tried calling and emailing the contact information we were provided.

Place is nasty. Workers don't wear gloves are not clean and saw one worker helping himself to fries from where they serve. Will never go back and suggest the same for all others.

Not sure what was going on with the burgers, but I have never had a mushy burger that tasted nothing like a burger at an A&W restaurant. it was just gross.

I waited over 10 minutes for my food at the drive thru. After finally receiving my food, I realized I was charged for regular size Polar Swirls but ordered and received the minis. I pulled back around to inform them of the mistake. After waiting on the drive thru attendant to look up from her phone I informed her of the mistake. She argued that was what was ordered. I agreed but told her I was charged for the regular size not the minis that were received and tried to show her the receipt. She would not look at it and rudely told me to pull forward so they could make what I paid for. They brought the correct size out shortly, no apology. I called to inform the manager of the poor & rude service. She clearly could not have cared less. They could desperately use some customer service training.

Cheese sauce on the cheese fries were perfect. Fried fish very similar to Long John Silver's. I enjoyed it. Good casual all American atmosphere. Staff was patient and helped.
