The French onion soup was bad ! Tasted foul! Literally Literally gave my adult daughter food poisoning. Waitstaff was very nice and friendly Rest of the food was decent. Waited way too long for seats and food They seemed more interested in taking care of the curbside pic and Uber eats people! We won't be back We were there at non peak hours.

Service! Its the service that completely ruined our experience. While it didnt seem all the servers were just awful ours was. We waited over double what people coming in after us waited just for our appetizers. Our server never checked on us. And we had to ask someone else for our ticket. I love the wontons but not enough to visit this location again.

It may be time to shut this place down. Almost 1 hour to get food. Servers have no clue and the poor manager has to bail them out. I feel sorry for her!! I doubt we will be back ever again. They go through managers every few months. No retention. I just feel there is no saving this place. Good luck. I wish we had Chili's here.

Is so bad starting with bathroom that the door would not close .then to the cold fries that was served after I finished my hamburger .got five dollar discount don’t go pass rafferty’s with out eat there .
They have the best Burbon Street Sizzler steak i have ever had. The buffalo hot wings are astonishing. And it's avlittle pricy but definitely worth it.i would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick bite with amazing service.

Got our order to go. Ordered a SW chicken bowl and a CHICKEN Quesadilla bowl. Opened up and there was NO chicken on the Chicken Quesadilla bowl and no dressing like in the description. I even asked the guy at the order pick up about the dressing. He really didn’t know and wasn’t too co concerned with our order. Very disappointed
