This Applebee's needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! I always give places 3 strikes this is their 4th! Strike 1. 1 hour wait on our food. Strike 2 no air. Strike 3 lost liquor license. Strike 4 no heat.

This has got to be the worst Applebee's we have been to. It's Sunday afternoon and not very busy and two waitresses working and a total of 5 tables being served. It took our waitress a while to take our drink order so we were ready to order our meals. 10min later we got our drinks, when our meals came out fries were cold and she never asked if we needed anything else. when we wanted drink refills had to go to the bar to get them . When we received our bill I put down cash with change back to leave her a tip but only came back with large bills so no tip for her . When you are that slow your customers should be well taken care of.

The food is always good. What sucked tonight was the service. Everyone just looked stressed and the environment felt hostile. There was a 30 min wait tonight which I found to be no issue and was waiting to be seated. 30 mins turned into an hour and I was so fed up with hearing the guy who was hosting be rude to people so I walked out. Learn some customer service.

Hands down the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life! They lost their liquor license so there is no bar, the food tasted like some sort of cleaner, and the floors were disgusting. Why is this pathetic place still open?!

Today we went to the location for lunch. Mind you they weren’t very busy. We had a party of 7 and behind us a party of 4. The gentleman seated the party of 4 fist and then advised the manager told him 30 minute wait. There were 4 tables in the lobby with people. I feel that the manager should have came out and addressed the wait times and also explained why a party that walked in behind us was seated before us. This is not how customer hospitality should be and shame on him for sending that elderly gentleman out there to relay the information

Don’t waste your time here, we waited over 30 minutes for salads and appetizers… and the salads were hot and the appz were cold. The salads were $14 even though they were served in a side bowl. We ordered fries and they brought a plate with literally 12 fried on it. Crystal was our server, and it took her thirty minutes to refill my drink, another thirty to even bring the bill. Menus were dirty, the salad dressing was watery, the seats were stained. This felt like it was straight out of Kitchen Nightmares.
Google also would not let me leave a review until I clicked the 5 star option, so take that into account.

The men’s bathroom the second stall is right next to the urinal and from the stall everything is visible at the urinal. Felt very uncomfortable.

First time at Applebee's in 62 years. Very pleasant, no hype, prices are right. If I had known it was like this I would have come in years ago. Anyhow maybe it's just the Paducah store but I was satisfied.

Ordered curbside to go. Waited forever outside then finally had to go in and ask where my food was. The server finally brought it to me ice cold. This will be my last visit there.
