Syopp d in for so lunch. Walked up the the counter and Ronde was standing there to take the order, so we walked up, greeted her the gave our order. She paused a second as if she was in the middle of something then after and backward 30 seconds she took our order. We ordered the standard beef and cheddar and their chicken Swiss sandwich. We paid and was told our name would be called when ready. After waiting a few minutes, our name was called but much like the other reviews, the food was lukewarm. So I ask, why the heck did we have to wait??? The place was filled with old people so maybe that's how they like their food, so we didn't finish it and walked out. If you are going to make folks wait for their food at least it should be hot.

I ordered the new Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. It looks nothing like the photo. An ooey-gooey melted cheese messs is more like it. Much too large. Tasteless, in my opinion. I love a Philly Cheesesteak, but this one is not worth the hype. I threw half of it away, and I never do that.

I just had a pretty bad experience with the little girl that was working in the drive-through today is June 25 about 6 PM about 6:30 PM. She was rude in the drive-through. She acted like she was in a hurry and had to hurry up and get me out of there and there was no one even in line she had me pull up. I asked her to put sauce in it cause she had me pull up and of course when I got my bag, there was no sauce so I had to go in to get the sauce. I stood there for about four or five minutes while my food’s getting cold waiting to see somebody to even get the sauce and finally I saw the girl from the drive-through and I just said hey can I get some sauce and she was like oh yeah come over there and hand me a big old stack of them was like rude about it when she handed it to me it’s your job. You should’ve put it in the bag in the first place. I am literally getting tired of how these fast food people act towards customers y’all need to show some respect to people that are helping you keep your job. Don’t make us do like what happened to cheddars.

Love their gyros. Wish they'd bring their Philly cheese steak back. The staff is friendly, food is always hot and they give a military discount.
The food was lukewarm. I ordered two large curly fries for my kids, who like ranch dressing with them. When I asked for ranch, I only received one cup. Normally, I get two for each order of fries, but this time the worker was unwilling to provide more. However, there was a lady who provided excellent customer service; I just wish I could remember her name!

I ordered almost $40 worth of food, I got a classic roast beef sandwich when I got home there were just 2 thick slices of roast beef on it. I called and asked about it and he said I had to ask for it to be shredded, i asked why my husband roastbeef and cheeder sandwich had the correct sliced roast beef, to which the worker replied well I don't know what to tell you we are busy right now. Thats the last time I'll be goin to the arbys.

I went through the drive through. No wait, quick service. Got a free sandwich, a cheesy cheeseburger, with a free coupon. Server was nice & accommodating. Cheeseburger was good but very messy . With so many ingredients in this sandwich, it needs a much larger & sturdy bun.
