What happened to your good marbled bread! The bread is what made your sandwich good! And...you didn't have any jalapeño bites. Very disappointed. Raising prices and lowering quality

I have been here during the day and it was really good.. service was great. People were friendly and food was really good, but I visited there this evening for supper and the girl who worked the window at the drive through was extremely rude and short with me. My food was not at all Edible! It was horrible! We all threw our food away. No one's was worth eating. I have never had such an awful experience with any arby's ever. I tried calling over and over again to see if there was any way to speak with management but no one's answering the phone and I know that they are not busy. I'm very disappointed in them this time!!

I'll never go back here the food is cold and it garbage and the curly fries was old and over cooked and just little bits and pieces worst Arby's in KY 🤮 You give the standard reply just lets me know you can care less your in it for the money and that's it you've lost another customer and I'll definitely tell people not to waste their money at the Arby's in lone oak because the food is garbage and the owner doesn't care at all

Syopp d in for so lunch. Walked up the the counter and Ronde was standing there to take the order, so we walked up, greeted her the gave our order. She paused a second as if she was in the middle of something then after and backward 30 seconds she took our order. We ordered the standard beef and cheddar and their chicken Swiss sandwich. We paid and was told our name would be called when ready. After waiting a few minutes, our name was called but much like the other reviews, the food was lukewarm. So I ask, why the heck did we have to wait??? The place was filled with old people so maybe that's how they like their food, so we didn't finish it and walked out. If you are going to make folks wait for their food at least it should be hot.

I ordered the new Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. It looks nothing like the photo. An ooey-gooey melted cheese messs is more like it. Much too large. Tasteless, in my opinion. I love a Philly Cheesesteak, but this one is not worth the hype. I threw half of it away, and I never do that.
