I came at 12:15 to eat lunch. Three people waiting at the counter left because no one would take their order. The drive through line was full and the employees were busy. However, a lady came out took one order and returned to the kitchen. Two more left so I was at the front of the line. After waiting for another 4 minutes. I said in a loud voice. Five people have walked out of here and I am about to be the 6th. The lady replied we are busy. I left and on the way out the door I told another guy coming in you got a long wait and he left. I eat here regularly...but no more. You need to take that bell down. Jim Grief, Paducah .

Watched the person at the cash register go from touching cash and cards straight into the kitchen and pull a French fry straight out of the fryer basket and into their mouth….. The food wasn’t the best the chicken sandwich was fatty and had some weird parts in it that just grossed me out at the end. The steak bites just reminded me of roast beef/ beef jerky definitely not worth the price point or steak like.

Arby’s delivers tasty sandwiches with plenty of variety beyond the usual fast food. The roast beef is always tender, and I enjoy their curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Staff were friendly and the dining area was clean. Service was a little slow during the dinner rush, but overall it was a solid experience and a place I’ll return to.

Rachel at the drive-thru can't muster up enough energy to lean out to hand you your food or take your money. At first i thought maybe she is pregnant but its still happening after a year. I cringe hearing her voice over the speaker when I pull up.

A nice little location right off the interstate. The food was pretty good and so was the service, neither were amazing but ok. The sweet tea was out so I had to ask for them to fill it behind the counter but that's not the end of the world. I will definitely go back in the future.
This location just went through a remodel and they knocked it out of the park. Clean and spacious and the service and food were excellent.

This location needs to close! They can't get your order right. They never open on time. Waited for 10 minutes and no one to even take an order. 3 of us walked out. Don't bother with this location, it's a waste of time!!

Is this the Arbys next to TJ max and the dollar tree?! If so.....We went while christmas shopping on a super busy day! Service was fast! Food was fresh and the man taking our order suggested we try the berry sauce with our order of jalapeño poppers. I loved it! Great suggestion! There were 4 or 5 other tables and he checked on them all while he went about cleaning tables. Great experience as I never leave a review !
