Popped in one Sunday afternoon and had the country fried steak and brought home the last plate of chicken & dressing they had, both were spectacular. Sides were wonderful too, especially the baked mac & cheese. If you've got a taste for home style Southern cooking that will stick to your ribs, Arnold's will make you glad you stopped by.

WOW! We just stopped here to grab some fried chicken and catfish for dinner later but instead of waiting we ate ourselves into a coma! This is by far the best southern home cooking I've ever had, (don't tell my grandma I said that!). The catfish was spiced and cooked so well it needed no sauce, the Mac and cheese was sinfully rich, the fried okra had the perfect crunch and flavor, THE COLLARD GREENS OMG, fried chicken was crisp and delicious and the bananna pudding must have weighed 5 lbs and was something I'll daydream about! I almost forgot to mention the astounding jalapeño cornbread and the best hushpuppies I've ever tasted.No pics cause cause we devoured it...

Honestly... I came here because of the good reviews on Google. We arrived to find multiples items not available, and I had to settle for something I hadn't planned to order. Maybe they were having a hard time, but our experience was not good tbh.

Won't go into details on the things I saw, but suffice it to say, I will never darken their door again. The place is a fairly large bundle of health code violations, and there is no way I will ever go back. If you feel like eating in paducah, literally anywhere else is probably safer.

My food was very good..but my daughter had a salad,and ended up with food poisoning. I might give it another try, but I definitely won't try the salad. It had chicken, eggs, and the salad dressing that could have been bad.

Food was delicious. Prices reasonable. Outside patio atmosphere was so serene. Owner was very pleasant and very friendly. Came out to check on the 8 of us. Will definitely go back.

Everything was awesome! Mac and cheese was perfect, collards were super vinegary and tasty. Large piece of catfish, too. We will be back to try more things next time we're through Paducah.
