The cinnamon sugar large nugget order had been in warmer. They were cold and the cinnamon sugar had dissolved into pretzels. Tasteless. For $7 I expected better.

Honestly love the food so good and decent price been coming here for years. My problem is I walk up point out what I want and pay. So why in the world when I go to pay does it now show I have to tip. There is no option to not tip it says 10 15 20 and other no options for no. It didn't ever do this before so it is something they added and I'm sorry I don't feel I should tip for you handing me a cup of pretzels especially when most of the time the person ringing you up acts like you're a bother. Honest to God won't be coming back if I have to tip for nothing I'd rather go to subway and buy a auntie Anne pretzel from them taste the same.

This place has the best pretzels in the world. We got one off the food truck a few weeks ago, and it was awesome. I have literally never enjoyed a pretzel like I do when I have one from here. They have a taste that cannot he beaten.

Just ordered at the one in the St. Matthews Mall in Louisville, KY and the lady told me it would be 5 minutes because they didn’t have what I wanted ready. I told her that was fine and she said we can’t give you what we don’t have! Continued to mumble to her coworker about me and my family. She was being so rude her coworker was trying to get her to leave the front line. She told the guy behind us that it would be at least 15 minutes for a pretzel. My husband and son were so upset by her behavior they didn’t want me to get anything from there. She was way out of line. No excuse to treat someone like this. We were not being rude at all. Sad

Rude employees. We went to get a cinnamon sugar pretzel at 5:19. They had thrown all the cinnamon and sugar away and didn’t close until 6. Employee was complaining to another employee right in front of us about making more cinnamon and sugar for the pretzel.

The lady running the store today 9/14 at 2pm coughed into her gloved hand and touched the food. its not the coughing that bothered me. its the fact she didn't change gloves.. how discusting!! I won't be back unless she isn't there. this is the 2nd time its happened! 😡
