That was some of the best country food I have ever ate. The selection was amazing. I wanted to go for lunch and stay around to dinner so I could try everything. The staff were so friendly. If you don't eat here you are missing something great.

Not good. I was raised on country food, and this was not satisfactory. 1. Cole slaw and salad was brown and had clearly been there since they opened that morning. 2. You could stone someone to death with the cornbread. 3. The meatloaf was ok if you only ate the middle part and like a lot of ketchup. 4. Hush puppies were super greasy. 5. The ice cream left a metallic aftertaste. Not kidding. A metallic aftertaste. 6. The greens tasted like it was cooked in a plastic container. 7. Chicken was ok 8. Fish was ok if you like to taste breading and not fish. Sorry. This was just not my thing.

Big Ed's is amazing and has the best southern food around.
We only had about a ten minute wait on Thanksgiving, which is pretty good, especially for 12:30. The prime rib and the greens were amazing standouts on the buffet!
Took a chance on google reviews saying the food was amazing, trust the reviews. The food was so good. The service was outstanding, definitely a family friendly experience. I will definitely be back!
