After seeing that Boss Burrito had a 4.8 star ranking, we decided to try it tonight. The food was absolutely horrible. The meat was super dry and tough. The street tacos were the worst we’ve ever had. The chicken had a funky taste and was real fatty. I have never not finished my food while still being hungry at a restaurant. We spent $90 in food between the five of us just to throw away 70% of it.They also have no fountain drinks. You’re forced to overpay for energy drinks or bottle soda. The place was extremely hot as well, we were all uncomfortable. I guess it made sense that they had no customers on a Saturday night besides us suckers. Either the reviews on here are paid for or people like bad food.To reply to the business response. My name is the same name I used at the restaurant and the same name on the Discover card I used. The total for my order was $40.81. I have no desire to change my review for a refund. I’d rather people avoid a really bad restaurant.

If you haven’t been here then you’re truly missing out. I’m always welcomed with a smile and the best attitudes in town every time I come in. Burritos are amazing and huge! Lauren and Kim are the best!

Best Mexican food in Paducah! I had the steak burrito and tamale both delicious! The workers are all very nice there. The service was quick and they make your burrito right in front of you. You can choose what toppings you want inside the burrito! I will definitely be coming back

Authentic Mexican cuisine at a fraction of what it costs at other restaurants. I was surprised by the delicious taste and the food quality. The guacamole was a little spicy but has good flavor.

I went in there with my Daughter and Granddaughter and I noticed that the hite customers got their order put on a plate and our order was placed in bags. I guess they didn't want us sitting in there to eat our expensive food, it cost $41.82

I have eaten here three times, once on their first day open. Got the Al Pastor burritos and the meat was very fatty. Big, gobby pieces of fat. Next two times I got chicken. They were good but expensive. On my third visit the guy gave me a card that said 'buy a burrito, get a punch. Five punches get a free burrito.' So I was buying two burritos, but he would only punch my card once. I argued with him that I should get two punches according to the card. He said that the card was printed incorrectly, that it should state each visit. I countered that they should not hand them out and that they should honor their card. He was steadfast, refusing to give me a second punch. So I won't go back. Instead, I go to Qdoba and get the same thing for a couple dollars less. Too bad. Even though they are higher I try to support the independent businesses, but not if you demonstrate that you have no intention of honoring your own word.
