Horrible service, it seemed like they didn't care about how long you have to wait. You all need to have a Manger in there to keep the servers moving. We won't be back after seeing all the other reviews. Food was good, but that's it. Do you even look at your reviews?

Was just there. Was seated right away, but we sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were about 2 or 3 tables that sat after us and placed drink orders. We left & went somewhere else.

Will never step foot in here again. The absolute worst experience ever. First, the service was terrible. The waitress took our drinks & never asked if we wanted appetizers. I tried to stop her before she left that we wanted something when she brought the drinks back. We finally were able to order the endless app. Not worth it!! It took forever for it to come out & by the time it did, our food came right out. I tried to ask for another round of the endless apps (and refills because she never came back) & it took over an hour for it to come out to the table. We had already finished our food & were waiting on the ticket (and another round of refills if she would have offered). The waitress even stated that the endless apps always take longer to make. On another note, the wings were terrible. They were tiny and seemed like they were cooked hours earlier. Very hard & dry. It took forever to get boxes to go and to be able to pay. I had had enough patience and went to the counter to try and pay, and another waitress dismissed me stating that we had to pay our waitress. The problem was, she couldn’t be found. We were there for about 2.5 hours from the time we ordered & then could finally pay. Not happy with our time there.

This was my first time in the Buffalo wild wings. We were passing through Paducah on our way to South Georgia and decided to stop and order wings take to the hotel. This restaurant has extensive menu with a variety of appetizers. I have to admit the service was just OK; but the wings were delicious. I found that people had been waiting and the staff hadn’t even acknowledged them and that’s my reason for saying that the service was OK We ordered lemon pepper and an Asian spicy wings; well done. The wings were cooked to perfection well done and had great flavor. For some reason we ended up with a few extra 😜. I also ordered a side salad with vadalia onion dressing, which was a bit sweet and a piece of chocolate cake. The cake was just standard. The restaurant seemed a bit unkept but it was very busy for a Sunday.

3rd time in 2 months, I have given BWW a chance, and this is the last time I will be in their restaurant. The salsa taste like marinara sauce and NO spices. Tots were overcooked. 4 of the 10 wings had NO sauce on them.

Violent food poisoning. My boyfriend and I rarely go out, rarely have the time. First time in weeks we decide to go out, we go to this Buffalo wild wings. He got the bacon patty melt. Hours later he started to feel sick, and violently throwing up. He couldn't keep anything in, go to the hospital, turns out he got food poisoning. Stay FAR away from here.
Overcooked wings, very dry. We eat here a lot bc this is my son's favorite place but it's just so so at best. Over the last couple of years, the wings are much smaller.

I have yet to do a mobile order from this location that came out anywhere close to the estimated time. Today’s order was 20 minutes late and the wings were dry and overcooked. (I was picking up at 4:30 so not even a peak time on a Sunday.) There are always plenty of servers around but the food comes out slow. As for atmosphere, it’s loud with lots of TVs as the cabin is known for- if that’s your thing it’s great.

ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A BUFFALO WILD WINGS. I placed a DoorDash order and my order was reassigned literally 10 times to 10 different dashers because the restaurant “could not find my order”. I did not receive my order after waiting hours.

Loooooong want time for everything. Came around 3:30pm on a Saturday. Table of 6 people. We had to wait for dirty dishes to be removed to sit down. Then about 15 minutes later the server came with menus so we asked to have your table wiped off from the last customers crumbs etc. She came back 10 minutes later to wipe the table off and we went ahead and ordered drinks and a couple appetizers. They came 10 minutes later so we are 30 minutes in and just got drinks. I can't relive anymore of the day so good luck if you journey in and give them a try. I am traumatized and $200 lighter
