Order to-go husband picked it up. Two drinks and one straw, half our boneless wings didn’t have the sauce we requested, they forgot our cheesecakes, food was hardly warm when we picked it up.

Me and my friends went to go eat, excited to enjoy some delicious wings. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour for our food to be served. Not only that, but the food was average and best and not worth time and price of the food. We will not be returning to this establishment in the near future.

I work nearby and placed an order for lynch here. I went in to pick up my order at the take out area. There was no one to speak to. They did however have a sign to speak to the bartender to pick up or place an order. Twice we approached the bar area and was never acknowledged by the bartender. Finally we approached a server and she stated the bartender would help me. We approached the bar again and finally got another server to track my order down. The place wasn't busy at all so there was no reason to ignore us. I dont think ill be back in this establishment. There service was horrible.

We frequent this place every few weeks, this one was a big disappointment for our Saturday lunch. Bartender was totally out of it, no customer service. Food arrived, chicken wings were dry and reheated, Nachos were absolutely disgraceful, no meat, tomatoes and chillies, I asked the bartender to check this and she replied that it looked ok to her, I asked her to take it back, which she did, almost immediately her mood turned hostile, really obvious, not a nice Saturday afternoon, Dec 6th 2 pm

Waitress was slow. Potatoe wedges smell and taste like fish. Mac n cheese looked like left overs. Waited over 40 mins to be waited on for drinks. Had to walk up to waitress stand to get my wedges switched out for something else. Drinks set empty for long period of time.

I came in here last saturday with my daughter for her birthday and everything was going okay. I got the chicken sandwich and fries and they got my order wrong. I wasn’t mad or anything It was just an inconvenience. A random guy that was not my server came up to my table and started hitting on my daughter? I was shocked and appalled, I told him she was 15 and she’s a minor. He then walked off, I asked the waitress for his name and she told me Kodi. Just putting that out there.

Dirty. Bunch of tables with empty plates. Waited forever for dinks with no ice, small drumsticks, and paper towels everywhere in the bathroom but the dispenser. Should of taken photos.
My waitress was fast nice and drinks was always full. The inside was clean my food was made correctly.

Received 9 wings pieces instead of the 10 that comes with the lunch combo special. The waitress corrected it. No Pepsi or dr pepper available, said they were out. This is 12:30 in the afternoon! The wings were extremely dried out, overcooked and room temperature. Tasted like they had been cooked about an hour earlier and sitting under a heat lamp. The chicken strips and tater tots that my wife ordered were very good.

When we arrived we were seated and we were offered our drinks which we got. We were asked if we would like an appetizer, and we told her no, but give us a couple of minutes, and we would be ready to order. We never saw her again. We noticed the host and other wait staff look in our direction and our waitress running around like she was not sure where she should be. We tried to get her attention but after about 15 minutes we decided to leave and headed out to Bomber Grill, which was delicious as always!!
