“I had an online order and after I got it I noticed a couple burgers toppings weren't correct. It ended up being the apps fault, but Shanta was so kind helping me correct it. Shanta was incredibly busy and still took the time to make me feel like an important customer. Fantastic customer service. My favorite BK to go to. Everyone was working so hard and handled the very busy restaurant professionally.“
“huge props to the manager! I was in the drive-thru 2 days ago and a gal in front of me was going to order and was told to wait a moment. An old man behind me decided to get out of his car and scream at her thinking she was holding up the line. they fought back and forth for a while, and the old man was just being so obnoxious and rude to her. he got out of his car again and she ended up pulling out of the drive thru to go inside, which i dont blame her, he was out of control. When i got to the window they were discussing the yelling they heard and the woman who came inside for her drive thru order. I explained it was the man behind me who was causing a scene and being awful. The manager, whoever he was, mentioned to his coworker that he would deal with the guy. I wished him luck, got my food and moved before the old man yelled at me! I don't know what they did, if they refused service or told him off, but good on that manager for standing up for a customer. It was not his responsibility but it was a great thing to see! I told the old man to act his age, hopefully he grows up. The food was delicious too, thanks!“
“Wanted to try the croissant and get the whopper. I was pleasantly surprised with the croissant. Big fan of the egg on the sandwich. It didnt taste like wet dog like some restaurants. IYKYK. the whopper was good as always. I can never fully decide between that and the original chicken. Both go great dipped in the zesty sauce! But the MOST IMPORTANT PART IS the costumer service. Those workers are always so great EVERY TIME! They all deserve raises IMHO.“
