The entire staff was wearing masks and refused to tell us why they were wearing masks when asked even though it is legally mandated for them tell us if there’s an outbreak of Covid or any other sickness and the worker that we had asked that extremely rude and they’re not even wearing their masks correctly so usually should be really good. I ordered twice of the same food and it came out cold.

I set in the drive through line for almost 20-30 minutes and that is just ridiculous no since and waiting that long for food when your supposed to be fast food
They used to be really good, now I don't know what's going on but they're not even paying attention. Twice I've ordered ketchup only and got tomatos somehow. Tomatos dont even come with the original sandwich!

I had an online order and after I got it I noticed a couple burgers toppings weren't correct. It ended up being the apps fault, but Shanta was so kind helping me correct it. Shanta was incredibly busy and still took the time to make me feel like an important customer. Fantastic customer service. My favorite BK to go to. Everyone was working so hard and handled the very busy restaurant professionally.

On Oct 18 ,25 we went into this burger kind to eat when we first walk it there was six people in the front .i went to sit down to wait for my friend .i went back up to the front to see what is taken so long they was about 8 trays on the front counter everyone was not tin the right station walking around push out cold food people wait to 45 to a hour on there food Ty should have 1 person the back windows taking orders in doing money second won’t the person in the the second window should make drinks .. let me come and show yall how to run it

I usually have no complaints about this location, but tonight was subpar — even for Burger King. I asked, quite plainly, for as many Zesty sauces as they were legally allowed to give me. I was handed one. I asked again, and received… one more.
Are these sauces being mined in Angola? Or are they simply rationing them as if they were caviar?
Also, the ice cream machine was down. What is this, McDonald’s. No one actually believes that when they say it.
