Waited over 30 minutes for our food that we were eating inside. Watched them give out over 5 orders to people that ordered after me and when I was asking the manager how much longer and could I go on and get the food that was done and setting there getting cold she wouldn't even say a work to me but when I said something about getting my money back she said I can do that with an attitude.

Horrible the general restaurant manager we waited 25 min no food as orders came out ..not ours said fryer on fire ..no fire at all she didn't even respond.. completely rude should be fired ..this is to the owner of this burger king..fire her..we have a business she don't care at all fire her

25 minute drive-thru time for 2 sandwiches, nuggets and onion rings, only for them to not put half my order in the bag is unacceptable. They had the poor girl operating the Drive-Thru completely overloaded and the girl who I assume was "training" her, was trying to be cute and funny because the window was open and I could hear her, was doing nothing but making herself look stupid and making the other girls job 2- x's harder.Eric the manager needs to get control of his crew. absolutely ridiculous.

the food it’s self is good when made right. i have a constant problem with ordering my cheese burgers no mustard. that’s typically all but for some reason every time i have been there their’s either mustard, no pickles, NO CHEESE, the top bun wasn’t warmed, or some other very simple thing word. its just a cheese burger CHEESEBURGER no mustard but yet they make it seem so difficult. (i’ve worked at bk previously but not this one and this is just not okay)

Ordered 2 number 1 doubles and got singles and a kids sprite when I ordered a coke and when I asked to have it replaced the drive thru kept trying to hand us the sprite like she didn't know what she was doing
