I would put 0 stars if I could. This place needs to get their shit together. The lady that was taking our order at the drive thru stopped mid order and after 10 mins finished taking it. Forgot some of our order. Food tastes like its been sitting out all day. Cant even go inside to get the shit they missed from your order because they locked the doors at noon. NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS BURGER KING AGAIN. Pictured is what is supposed to be pickles fries but all of them were soggy and looked absolutely horrible. Tasted absolutely terrible. If you are looking for a way to waste your money on something then go here

Poor service, witnessed employee dropping tongs on the floor and then picking it up and reusing the utensil without washing it properly. Service was exceptionally slow.

Specifically went to this one for the play area. The tables were dirty and sticky the floor as well not sure if they were just busy and didn't have time to clean them yet or what. Seems like they were scrambling around trying to get everything ready and somehow the food was still cold and nasty. I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and they forgot to put the bacon on and the lettuce was soggy and gross, the cheese was also not melted it was kind of globbed on top then I asked for bacon so they give me a side of it and it is also cold and greasy and stuck together I couldn't even add it to the sandwich I also had to take all the lettuce off. Took two bites couldn't finish it and none of my kids even finished their meals other than the fries and onion rings. Also got three of the pink lemonade drinks that they have and they tasted like perfume. Spent almost $50 and it was a complete waste in my opinion. Don't think I'll ever be back there.

As we pulled in for an unexpected overnight stay at Paducah, Kentucky, Braylen at the 1515 Lone Oak Rd Burger King was there to assist He did not know our situation, he was so kind as they were about to close and provided food and nourishment for both my Wife, myself and our puppy. He deserves to be employee of the year and is a blessing to your company. He deserves a raise!!! God Bless!

The place was swamped inside & out, and we had a couple of items missing from our order but it was addressed & corrected right away. I know we're all pressed for time, but you have to check these things, especially when these places are busy. The main reason for my 5 star review, was the employees. They were all calm and courteous, not only with the public, but with one another. They are a good team!
