I did not have high expectations, it’s a hotel restaurant(Holiday Inn). We stayed here during the 2024 Eclipse, and the food was actually pretty good. I got the breakfast burger. Super convenient as it’s on the ground floor of the hotel and you don’t even have to leave.
My wife and I just moved to the area, we took a break from unpacking and decided to try this establishment. The food was well done, everything was cooked properly and to our liking. The server was very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxed. The only main issue I had was the location, not because it was in the holiday inn but because it was a little confusing to get to since it was our first time. Was interesting, watching hotel patrons walk around, get drinks, go outside to fire pits.
But the food
I got a beef pepper sandwich. It was normal sized. Bread was fresh. Nice ratio of meat, to veggie to cheese. The beef tasted good and wasn’t stringy or fatty. Fries were generous.
