Regular customer being treated as a thief because the owners do not know how to balance a credit card machine to know if they charged them or not. I beg them to ask for my business back. My family comes here at least once a week and to be treated this way won’t be accepted because of your ignorance. We really like the servers here but this was not handled in any kind of professional manner what so ever. Here’s ya photo proof maybe you coulda done this when ran your statement!!!!

The food was wonderful and tasted so delicious. Tacos always make me happy 😊 I had the street taco's and was super impressed. The salsa is amazing! You could see all of the staff working together to take care of everything and everyone. It was beautiful. I came in at a slow lunch time. Great choice for any meal time I am sure. Glad I stopped in. I'll definitely be back many times. Thanks guys.

I went to Cancun tonight to celebrate a friend’s birthday. While we were enjoying a few margaritas, I noticed something weird in mine. At the bottom of the glass were two chunks of glass. At first my friends thought I was joking, but when they looked closer and picked it up, they saw it wasn’t ice—it was actual glass.
We kept trying to get a server or a host’s attention, but nobody came over. We eventually had to get up and go find someone. When a staff member finally came over, she just said she would replace the drink and didn’t really act like it was a big deal. No apology, no concern, just very dismissive.
About 15 minutes later, our server came back from outside and said he’d try to get it taken care of—even though at that point it had already been handled.
We were at a little Mexican restaurant in Lonoke. I’m not saying they should’ve comped our whole table, but I do think the situation should’ve been taken more seriously. In the past, I’ve been to places where if the food was wrong or something minor happened, they’d offer a discount or a dessert or at least acknowledge it properly.
Tonight felt like a freak accident that was brushed off. I’m just curious—how would you have handled this if it were your table?

rented the party room for my husband's 40th birthday. Our waiters were very attentive and so polite. our food was delicious and the drinks were top notch! we will definitely be back. can't thank them enough for a wonderful experience with a large group
