UPDATE: I was finally waited on at 10:55! Drive- thru Sunday morning, supposed to open at 10:30 ... it is now 10:45 and the employees are still trying to "prepare" to open and I'm still waiting. It has been this way every time I've come on Sunday!!!

Went to the drive thru, the order was incomplete. The food was horrible. DO ORDER THE CRAB CAKES. The nastiest food one has ever eaten. The rice was under cook. I have been to many Captain Ds during my travels, this is the worst location. I will never go there again.

Went to the drive-through waited for five minutes no response we said hello no response. We pulled up to the window and tapped on the guys window, and the guy came unglued cause I knocked on his window. Very rude young man with dreadlocks. You need to do better Captain D’s.

Ordered loaded baked potatoes and received them cold. Service is poor with attitudes and poor customer service. They don't smile and greet and engage. I have family work here and seems to be a problem with us coming here to eat. We don't eat fast but was told we had 30 minutes to eat and we had to leave. Plus the seafood is fried in beef fat. A lot of us have food allergies to beef. There's nothing me and my family can eat here no more. There's no signs saying food fried in beef fat either.
This restaurant used to be a really good place to eat, but not anymore. In our experience the fish was a failure. It was over cooked and the only one piece I ate part of tasted rancid. The vegies though were good. When we went in the young lady at the counter told us they didn't have any forks. When our food was delivered we asked for some lemon. They didn't have that either. A couple told us the previous week they were our of butter and sour cream. They serve baked potatoes. The grocery store, Aldies, is just across the parking lot. They should not be out of anything. We are very disappointed to have paid over $30.00 for such bad food. I for one will not go back and am telling people that I know not to go there.

I NEVER review anything, but our experience here was horrible once again. In the last 4 months we have eaten here 4 times. Each time has been consistently bad. The attitude of the crew members was “take it or leave it”. The food was stale and cold and the fish was burnt and reheated. The lemons were dried out and when I asked for some at the counter she said get them in the lobby, I said they were dried and old and she said “well, that’s what we got” The only thing good was the soda and even that was over $3 for a small.
