We have gone to this restaurant twice in the last few weeks. Each time we eat inside they never have supplies. Their bathrooms are always broken as well. They need a full inside clean up and repair. We always have to ask for condiments as there is never any. Last night they had no drink lids at all and were out if other products. Tea was all out as well and they said they had no more. This store needs some tlc and review from some area management.

Very disappointing, cost 40$ for cold fries, warm coleslaw, cold chicken strips and slimy fish fillets that smelled moldy. The only thing good was the 6 shrimp that were actually hot and the Dr pepper. Total disappointment and a waste of money.

This experience at the Captain D’s restaurant has been the best experience my family has had in a long time. It’s great to actually have polite and friendly workers to interact with when placing our order the ladies were in a great mood and appeared to be happy to be at work. I am in restaurants frequently and as everyone else probably has experienced we have more so than ever it seems to encounter rude individuals who simply make one feel uncomfortable to place an order. Not here at Captain Ds .The ladies here are exactly how each and every restaurant wants their staff to interact with customers

I've not been to Captain D's regularly in years but I'm always pleasantly surprised at the quality and value on offer. The lobster rolls for $5 seems like a bargain to me, especially given the flavor packed inside!
Waited 20 minutes for the food, just to get half of it cold and the corn on the cob dried out. I couldn't eat it. The staff didn't care, they were too busy playing on their phones. DONT COME HERE

Located on hinkleville road across the street from Red lobster and right next door to fazoli's you will find abundant parking and inside the dining area a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy dinner.
The staff seem to be well trained they are very polite and prompt. I also like to mention this restaurant inside is cleaner than most that I visit.
Will definitely recommend for dinner also on their app you can online only deals.

UPDATE: I was finally waited on at 10:55! Drive- thru Sunday morning, supposed to open at 10:30 ... it is now 10:45 and the employees are still trying to "prepare" to open and I'm still waiting. It has been this way every time I've come on Sunday!!!
We came in today and as we stood in line there was another couple ordering and we watched the employee (man) that was taking the order, stick his finger in his ear and dig.. then had tobacco in his mouth. After he was done taking the couples order, he tells the other employee to take our order because he had to go back and COOK. We immediately left and were disgusted!! All employees should be considerate and CLEAN to serve the public. This was very concerning especially for the public! Must be under staffed as well if the “Cook” had to take order or the employees are just plain LAZY. We will never be back here because i know any complaints made, management wont address this issue to employees on how it is crucial to be hygienic in the public however it is sad anyone has to be told to be Clean. anyone can get sick by these actions. In my opinion this was very unprofessional and distressing. I wonder if they even wash their hands when using the bathroom🫣

The food was so delicious, and the restaurant was clean. The girl that took our order was friendly and kind! We enjoyed sitting inside the restaurant and eating. They were very busy but still efficient and friendly!
