The wait was short. The food was very good and fresh. Service was ok. Quiet atmosphere. Chicken tenders were very salty, but good.

We love Cheddars but are experiencing them running out of things lately, which is annoying after you search the menu, make your selection, and then the server tells you after you've ordered that they are out of things. If a restaurant runs out of certain items, servers should be told immediately so customers can be told BEFORE ordering. It's the courteous and respectful thing to do. We like their food in general, so we'll dine there again, but hopefully they do better with professionalism regarding running out of items and telling us after we've ordered and waited an additional 10-15 minutes.

Food was eh. Charged me $2.99 to play a game on the tablet. Waitress was nice but brought all the food out at once and it was overwhelming.

We always love the food at cheddars! The buffalo wrapper is a favorite! The chicken tenders are amazing too. I don't think there's a bad dish on the menu!

Corey, our server, was great. Everything else was lacking.

Food was not consistently hot, smallest "side" of green beans I have ever been served, salmon was a bit dry, ribs a bit tough.

Kitchen was slow, so we waited a long while for our food. Thought the manager might walk around and apologize for long wait times, but perhaps they are a coward.

Overall poor experience, but at least Corey was attentive and apologetic.

Our waiter introduced himself as Gary. He was great. Very attentive but not pushy. Just enough to check in ( how we prefer it) Great food. Hostess was very nice as well.

I was very disappointed in Cheddars today. Have always enjoyed eating here but today there was not a crowd and we were seated pretty quickly. Then we sat there for 25 minutes while we watched several other people be seated and their orders were taken while my wife and I continued to sit and wait. Finally at 25 minutes we got up and left and my wife told them why and they just said o sorry. Thats unacceptable for the price we pay to eat out these days.

When it first opened I was disappointed but I went recently and wow. The cook is cooking! Whoever your cook is keep them.

They were so nice and helpful AND patient. My brain had gone on vacation? I couldn't make up my mind, so I changed my order quite a bit. And they were still that's nice and sweet as when I came in. I went with the loaded baked potato soup, loved it, and absolutely loved it. I would recommend that to anyone!.

We came in with a party of 10 and were told it would be a 20 minute wait even though the restaurant was almost empty. After waiting for a bit, I asked if they were waiting on one large table (yes). I asked if we could just be separated among a few tables since there were multiple available (no). We were told by the hostess that it was management policy not to allow more than 2 tables for one party. (And they continued to seat smaller parties that came in after us.) We decided to wait a little longer since going anywhere else would take just as long. They finally seated us, but tried to squeeze us all on to a table that only seated 6. We had our kids just take over a nearby booth (because there was a whole row of empty ones), otherwise we would have never fit. The waitress was great, but the food was mediocre.
I don’t recommend this restaurant.

We were traveling lodging in Paducah overnight. We were quite hungry and wanted good food. We chose Cheddars to satisfy our hunger. It did not disappoint! Our salads were amazing! DJ (I think) was a speedy waiter! He was attune to our needs and was consistently checking in on the progress of our experience. Thanks to the excellent experience!!
