I came in on a busy afternoon, just passing by on a road trip. They were understaffed, so our server was overwhelmed, but she was trying her best, and she did wonderfully.The employees appear quite comfortable with each other, and the food has great value. We paid McDonald's money, for a whole 3 course meal! The portion sizes were generous, and none of my family members were actually able to finish, because we we're so full.I did feel bad about the server needing to bus way more tables then she was capable of, and she didn't seem very confident with communication to the kitchen about certain things. It makes me question the management there, but other than that, the food was pleasant, the atmosphere was okay, and the food has wonderful value, along with it coming out quickly.I will say, parking, along with entering the building, WAS a bit confusing, though that's mostly out of their control.

The crescents are phenomenal. Beware however of going as a single adult with a small child. Having a blue collar husband im often out with just my children. Cheddars has thrown our food away before we are even half way through our meal on multiple occasions because I had to take my child to the bathroom. The last time we went we requested a booth. The hostess then took us to a table. I thought maybe they hadn't heard my request so I asked again if we could be seated at a booth. We were told sitting at a booth wouldn't be an option. They were only at maybe 20% capacity with several empty booths that I could openly see so we chose to leave and dine elsewhere. I'm sure at some point we will go back because again the crescents are phenomenal. It's unfortunate that the service and overall vibe is mediocre at best even on their best day. The crescents will be the only reason we return. The packed restaurants sitting all around them while they always have open tables are proof they need a lot of improvements in terms of service and environment.

Our server DJ was absolutely amazing and very attentive to anything we may have needed. Definitely recommend!
My daughter and I ordered for pickup. Country fried chicken, mashed potatoes w gravy, red beans and rice, and chicken strips with fries. Went to pick it up and waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge us, got home and my mashed potatoes and gravy and red beans were actually corn and a baked potato, not sure how they had mistaken what I ordered for that especially since there were about three boldly printed labels( one on the packaging for the meal itself ) that all said mashed potatoes w gravy and red beans and rice. They didn't even bother to put in butter or anything to put on the potato. So a plain baked potato, and some greasy corn instead of what I ordered, the chicken was good, but it didn't go over with me well. Wouldn't eat here again, wouldn't recommend. Service is next to non existent.

I ordered the whole herb roasted chicken with green beans & red beans and rice. It wasn't the best. Chicken was dried out, didn't taste fresh. The green beans and the red beans & rice were sweet like sugar had been added to both. Even the honey crescent rolls were dry & overcooked. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the meal. Cheddar's food is much better in my hometown! It was 3 of us having dinner. Spent a lot of money. Waitress was in training, but was friendly and kind.

Drinks we're good. service was good. the bathrooms we're super clean and the whole building was exceptionally nice and clean. I would eat here again.Parking: Parking lot is all around the building . lots of spaces available
