Visiting form out of town I can always count on Chick Fil A to be consistent. Unfortunately that was not the case here. I order the same thing every time we go to a chick fil a for myself and my kids.
Meron was our cashier at the drive thru and couldn’t have been less interested in taking my order. It was always like it was an inconvenience to her considering she was on the clock at work. 2 things were incorrect in my order. First I ordered a 12 count nuggets for my kids to split. Unfortunate rang in an 8 count and that’s what we received. I also order no pickle on my chicken sandwich, same thing, she didn’t ring in the no pickle request.
It’s a shame I have to leave a chick fil a 1 star but now my kids are still hungry and I don’t have a chicken sandwich to eat. No I just can’t take the pickles off. It’s a bigger issue than that. No excuses for this.

My granddaughter slipped and fell on a wet floor going to get napkins in the main dining room. There was only one sign about the wet floor that wasn't clearly visible. After her fall a second sign was placed. Two people came out, one apologized. No one took her information for any type of follow up. She landed flat on her back.

I ordered on the app and there was a glitch in the system and my order wasn’t popping up on their end. They went above and beyond to make sure I had my order and didn’t have to wait in line for more than 5 mins. Amazing people, amazing service , amazing managers and workers!
